The customer service is not great - I went in inquiring about a membership and the front desk guy…read morecouldn't care less about me. He shrugged and said "just do it online." This gym also has a smell of cat litter. Not sure if it's the rubber floors or what, but the bottom floor really stinks. Other than those two, a gym is a gym and I'm there to work out. The sauna is nice and gets very hot.

The owner, Dan Owens, instructs these classes often and will absolutely crush your upper and lower body in the best possible way. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure every person in the room knows what to do and helps with form if necessary and welcomed. Another great perk is access to the locker rooms and saunas. I feel the entire facility is kept clean and organized. I love the big windows everywhere which allow for a ton of natural light to come inside. I also enjoy using the indoor/outdoor green space on the bottom floor which has a garage door that can open and close depending on the weather. Very nice during Spring, Summer and early Fall. I never feel like I have to wait for equipment to free up, and they do offer complimentary towels at the front desk upon check-in. This athletic club is on ClassPass and I typically just purchase gym time using a couple credits or I sign up for the circuit or conditioning classes.

Dropped in on a recent visit from Phoenix so this was admittedly low sampling frequency. Observed mostly middle age or older local residents, and then high school boys depending on time of day, but vast majority of high school boys coming in with parent. Gym etiquette from everybody was good in my opinion. Typical of PF, limited free weight equipment with the only barbells being several smith machines, but huge selection of latest PF machines and massive collection of cardio equipment. More surprising they have a fantastic core and stretching room with another comprehensive combo modular dip, pull up, cable style station and a bank of TRX cable stations and I haven't found another TRX equipped gym in this area yet. Didn't find any foam rollers, but decent number of yoga balls and other stretching equipment. Owner/operator actively doing detailed facility checks while I was there, and all equipment was pristine.

I spent nearly an hour trying to prove my membership before finally being allowed into the gym. During that time, I was also denied the guest privilege included with our membership. After I finally started my workout, a staff member interrupted me to discuss the earlier situation, even though it had supposedly been resolved. As we were leaving, my sister suddenly began feeling lightheaded like she was going to pass out. She went to get water from the water bottle fountain, but the water was hot and appeared to be unfiltered. We immediately reported the situation to a team member, who said he didn't know what to do, so we asked to speak with the manager. When we knocked on the manager's office door, she did not ask what happened or listen to our concerns. Instead, she immediately told us to leave, incorrectly stated that we didn't have a membership, and instructed an employee to call the police. We were calm, respectful, and simply trying to report a concern and resolve a membership issue. No paying member should be treated this way. I hope corporate investigates this location and provides better customer service training for its staff.

I really loved the number of pools, spa areas, and play zones for kids. It's definitely a fun and family-friendly spot. But unfortunately, my visit took a bad turn. I slipped and fell on a very slick floor -- and I hadn't even been in the water yet. There was no caution sign at the spot, and it only appeared hours after my fall. My leg is still sore, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day. A friend invited me and she's a huge fan of this place, so I really wanted to enjoy it too. But safety should come first. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the floor safety. Sadly, 3 stars from me for now.

Despite that, the associate responded by asking if I would be the guest. The interaction was surprising and uncomfortable, as it appeared an assumption was made about who held the membership. My guest and I found the comment inappropriate, and it left us questioning whether unconscious bias played a role in the exchange. I believe all members should be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism, regardless of their race or appearance. While this may not have been the associate's intention, the experience left a negative impression and is something management should address through staff training and awareness.
