Recently hosted my sons 6th birthday party here. It was beyond perfect! I feel like this is how to life of the glamorous live when throwing a party. I only brought cupcakes and party favors and everything else was taken care of. They provided pizza, decorations, juice/water, and all the plates and eating-ware. I also didn't have to lift a finger when serving kids. The party host just took care of everything! No clean up, no fussing over pizza delivery, no nothing. Just sat back and enjoyed my kids birthday party. Not to mention this place is perfect for the 5-8 year old birthday party age range. All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. All the parents just got to keep a distant eye and relax. Even if you're not going for a birthday, this indoor playground is an absolute blast for the kids. It can get crowded when the weather isn't nice as it is cheaper indoor fun for hours. Always worth the trip and always a good time. read more

The facility was extremely clean! I loved that they had a Nursery section to change the little ones or breastfeed (one room). The staff were very friendly. They had a great music playlist. I loved that they were open really early. read more

After my toddler loved a similar indoor playground, we were excited to try another one. The staff is very friendly and they even have a security guard (to check you're wearing proper socks??). There's hand sanitizer everywhere and I saw a lady vacuuming the floors. There were also multiple birthday parties with separate rooms. They have a small snack area with drinks, ice cream, and pizza. If you don't have your own grip socks, you're able to purchase them for entry. As reading reviews stating that it was extremely clean, that's what I was expecting. However, a lot of the areas were not as clean as I thought. There were pieces of hair in different areas of the floors, some of the apparatus were taped and old, and pieces of foam and dust were flying into my child's hair. After an hour to explore and play, I was excited to leave (and shower). Great place to play for kids. Lots of space and activities. However, not as clean as I'd like for a mama! Also, for someone that is very sensitive to scents, the bathroom was SUPER STRONG of fragrance. Unnecessarily strong. I left with a headache and now I have a migraine. Beware! read more

This place was pretty awesome. We've been to a ton of indoor playgrounds and this one felt like it had the most and best options for 0-2 year olds. There were clear and awesome areas for kids under 2, kids 2-3, and older kids. There were large ball pits, plenty of slides, things to play on and with, trikes, bumper cars, gas pumps, blocks, legos, pretend play area, awesome machines that shoot, suck up, and dump balls, and plenty more. We went on a Friday afternoon. It was pretty empty and my 2 year old son played for 2+ hours and he could have stayed longer. As an adult supporting my son in the climbing area, I felt safe like the structures could support my weight. My son really loved the pretend mail room. The walls were covered in cute paintings and there were friendly decorations all around. Everyone has to wear socks to get in and the have loaner crocs that everyone who uses the restroom has to wear. The only complaints I have is that there are lots of people painted on the pretend area, but they are all white and mostly men. There were no toys to go with the play rooms (like the kitchen and market). read more

Had a great experience hosting my daughters 4th bday party at Kidzville!! Reservation was easy, and highly recommend a weekday for less of a crowd. We hosted on a Thursday evening, and was very manageable with not too many people there. The most notable piece that many parents pointed out was the cleanliness. There were multiple staff cleaning throughout the night, and the place even smelled of cleaning products (not in a bad way, in a good way!). Party setup was nice, they have carts to help with carrying in supplies. They let you bring in outside food for parties, which is a bonus. And they have an assigned party host to help throughout. The play area is huge and has a little something for all ages. We had kids from 1 to 9 at the party, as everyone had fun. Overall, I'd recommend for a great playtime or party time experience. read more

It took me a day to recover from having my twins 2nd birthday party at Kidz Park! From the moment, we arrived it was chaotic. Lots of people and no real organization. I don't know if everyone decided to come Saturday afternoon, but it was crazy and I should have known better! Luckily, I was able to get through the line to our party host and she let us in. Our room was already nicely set up with paper products from our theme and three tables. It was on the small to medium size. If you are having a lot of people, I would recommend booking the larger room/package. All the kids loved it, but it was just overwhelming for the adults. Definitely come in the morning or on a weekday to avoid the crowds and sign your waiver ahead of time. Absolutely disgusting, & unsafe. There were holes in the climbing structures, where kids could climb out/ fall. There was cleaning supplies left out - which could be detrimental for little kids. About half of the play structures were closed/ gone from a few years ago. read more

We were here for my grandsons 6th birthday!!! He loves this place!! This is my first time being here and hopefully my last ! Don't get me wrong, it's a great place for kids but it was crazy busy and packed like the red line metro during rush hour. His party was from 4-6pm. We had a great private room at the end of the wall of rooms which prevented any jams when we left out. They don't give ppl who book enough time to settle in or pack up for these parties. The check in lines are astronomically long so even when you try to come in 15 mins early, the line last about 25 mins. If they had a separate check in for private parties, I think that would make a smoother transition and allow the 2 hour clock to start running after you physically get the guest of honor in the room. We had a great host, very helpful. This place is expensive so discuss all of the fees before you book. Very colorful and nice indoor space but I'm sure we were past capacity. I would recommend visiting during an earlier time if possible. read more

Great place to burn some kid energy. Feels safe - enclosed, lots of padding, lots of periodic cleaning which helps offset sickness. My children age 3 and 7 were both entertained. We got here at 10 AM on a Sunday and it wasn't terribly crowded. Parents supervise for the most part which is helpful. There is plenty of adult seating so you can loosely supervise if your children are more independent. This place isn't cheap but my children had a blast. Sign the waiver ahead of time. You need grippy socks. You can buy them there. The line to get in can be a little lengthy so pack a little patience for that. We skipped bumper cars since my little one was too small to ride them. We indulged in the ice cream and pushpops as a way to get then out. The donut slide didn't work for us. Everything connects at the top. The massage chairs are a blessing. Staff was kind. read more

This place has rebranded as kidzville and we loveeee it! We had my daughter's birthday here sight unseen and we really lucked out. It gets crowded around 1230/1pm but it's really big, so it's not a big deal. The staff is constantly cleaning so that makes me feel better about being in such a germy place (ha). We've tried a lot of indoor playgrounds in the area - UrbanAir, HyperKidz, etc. - but so far this is the absolute best yet. It's a little pricier than HyperKidz, but not by much, and the difference in quality is incredible. For one thing, this is possibly the cleanest kids' hangout I've ever seen. Hand sanitizer is literally everywhere. They have employees coming through every few minutes to clean and sanitize. They also have MUCH better security - at HyperKidz it's hit or miss with guarding the entrance/exit - not so here. There is a security guard manning the gates at all times, and that's a HUGE relief to me because I can totally relax here and not worry that my child is going to walk out of the building alone or, worse, with a stranger. The play equipment is varied, extensive, and fun. My 8 year old daughter loves the "donut slide" especially. And they also have a feature that HyperKidz doesn't - spinning bumper cars! It's extra (7.00 a ride at this writing) but they give you plenty of time on the ride and it's a blast to watch! The snack prices are decent. If you don't want what they have, there are vending machines. Also, the "adult" areas are comfy! They have massage chairs and actual sofas to relax on. Also something the competition doesn't have! For only 2 dollars more? We're coming here from now on. It's a farther drive than the others, but hey - you get what you pay for. This place is worth it! read more

This inside park is amazing! They do make you sign a waiver for your kids, but that's quite fair. We went on a weekend and my daughter had so much fun! It's very spacious and there was so much for her to do! The bumper cars are extra and so is food, and you cannot bring outside food. read more

Huge spaces and shoe/coat storage area, so kids and parents don't crash into each other (nice to be able to walk in and under play structures, vice only along perimeter. Actually has parking that is not maxed out. Couches and tables for parents to chill. Bumper cars for the occasional play. Tricycle and pathway. Soft foam pits. 8 and 12 year olds could stay here all day if I let them! I'll definitely be back out here, even though there is a Hyperkidz that just opened much closer 10 minutes away. read more

Can't bring any food past the lobby to one of the many open tables in the eating area because Kidzville only wants people to pay money on the party packages. Absurd. Brought my kids here today for my daughter's birthday and my oldest who is 14 can't play on any of the things inside that wanted to just sit at a table was made to sign a waiver and wasn't allowed past the front unless we paid extra for her even though she wasn't participating. So I am sitting in the front with her while she takes a nap because I didn't have socks either and everything costs extra. So I'm watching my 2 year old celebrate her birthday from the "lobby" area. Smells nice in here although it's staring to get a bit overwhelming but that's all I have to say that's pleasant. read more

It's great for kids. I think they should have tried to add a trampoline area, it would be a one stop shop play area for kids. But for everything it has, the price is worth it. I think the bumper cars shouldn't be $7 for a 5 minute ride, maybe $5. Would definitely be a good place to have a kids birthday party. As far as the employees that are supposed to be supervising the kids, they sit on their phones and do absolutely nothing. On the track where the kids can ride the bicycle things, a kid was riding the track backwards, despite the arrows pointing the opposite direction. I had to be the one to tell the kid to turn around because he was blocking the track by going the wrong way, and the employee just sat there on her butt watching. And then when he finally got up to turn the bike around, he had trouble and she didn't get up to help. There's also a slide area where the kids can drag these inner tubes up to ride down the slide, and the girl sitting up there is on her phone not even paying attention to the kids. They're just getting paid to sit on their butts and stare at their phones all day. Fun. read more

After our first visit to KIDZPARK my son immediately wanted his birthday party to be there. His birthday wasn't for another 5 months but he didn't forget that this is where he wanted it to be when we started to plan his party. On our first visit I was impressed by how clean the place is and how you consistently see someone wiping, vacuuming, dusting, and putting things back in place. It didn't change at all when we went back for his birthday. Same amount of attention to detail and cleanliness. Kennedy was our party host and she was on top of everything. She kept me updated on how many guests had arrived and we would coordinate pizza and cake cutting times. She stayed on top of anything we needed and helped whenever we got busy. All of our guests were able to check in with no problems and the entire event went without a hitch. Loved that all we needed to bring was a cake cutter, cake, and candles. Wish it was located closer to us in laurel but 25 minutes isn't so bad. read more

We used to love this playground. It is huge and has lots of activities for the children. However, we went recently and saw that the place is really in need of a deep clean and some updates. At our last visit, certain areas had their floor mats torn up and gaps in floor padding, which could be tripping hazard. Lots of the toys are old and look very dirty. Many play areas look grimy, show extreme wear and tear signs, and smell bad. I don't expect the indoor playground to be spotless, however, it needs to meet certain cleanliness level. read more
