I loved this place when it opened. Staff would be actively seen cleaning and maintaining equipment all the time. Sadly over time, maintenance doesn't seem to be a priority. Several things are broken and possibly unsafe. Management needs to pay attention. read more

Fun place for our 3 year old! Lots of areas for interactive play including tubing for balls, slides, obstacles, tricycles. You have to buy their socks to maintain standards for cleanliness. The bathroom has croc type slippers to go in. I recommend! read more

What an amazing place. !!!! Our grandchildren had a time of their life playing in a safe and controlled environment. I never seen them laugh so hard while playing tag with others. Most of the supervising adults were also very interactive and appeared to joyed the environment read more

This was a pretty cool spot. It's in a business center area so you have to know where you're going. The staff was attentive. I wish they allowed a little more than an hour for eating and cake during a party reservation. It goes by fast, especially when you're dealing with littles. Additionally, the bathrooms went out while there and you had to wear used crocs to enter. Idk how I felt about that. The lockers were also not as functional as one would hope. I like that they have a concession stand but 3.95 for a small popsicle felt like highway robbery. I could buy a whole box for that. One of the slides also was barely functional. I think they need blankets to assist with the wave slide. All in all, it's a cool place to escape the heat wave and exert some energy. read more

We had such a great time at Recess! Jen, one of the owners, was so welcoming, and the space was clean, well-organized, and fun for kids of all ages. I loved the clean bathrooms (with clogs provided!) and how staff were constantly tidying up. There are snacks, water, and tons of play areas--even space for adults to join in the fun. As a mom, safe, fun, & CLEAN play is super important! I brought my toddler here to play for a play date and let me tell you - it's as clean as it gets! I was impressed by how clean the facility is and there are staff members who constantly wipe down areas during play time. The kids are having a blast and there are so many different activities! I don't have any kids. But I went here for a family friends child's birthday. So I knew handful of kids at this party. I was also the uncle to three of them. Is an outsiders point of view this place is pretty special for the following reasons. The staff is very exceptional and helpful They are polite with the parents and patient with the kids. This place center is very adult friendly. I say that because the play areas are actually taller so parents can join their children in the play area. Place is very clean. They also give you special socks to run around the place. I like the socks so much. I ended up keeping them. This location tucked away, and there is lots of parking. Took my motor-delayed 12-month-old on a Sunday afternoon to encourage him to crawl around. I didn't see a lot of reviews from the infant and young toddler crowd, so I wasn't sure how it would go, but this was perfect for him. We didn't set foot in the main play structure (though we could have, since it's built for parents to accompany if they want!) but he WORE HIMSELF OUT crawling all over the soft play areas. He lasted 2 hours, which is quite a bit longer than I expected, and immediately fell asleep in the car on the way home. We will definitely be back. read more

I saw a grass sign for this near the Cherry Hill Target, anything that's an Indoor Playspace gets my attention especially during this hot summer-- tried it out with my 9 yr old and 2 year old, they both loved this place and so did we. It's clean, inventive, and the staff is engaged. They thought of every little detail, even phone charging stations and WiFi for parents. If you don't have a charger the staff will loan one! Kids are happy, there is enough to do-- variance and stimulation appropriate for toddlers thru age 11. Highly, highly recommend! read more

I was looking for a place to host my 4 year old's birthday, and after some scrolling on Google, I found this place. I'M SO GLAD I DID!! From what I understand, the owners are a husband/wife team. Before the party, I spoke to the husband, and he was so nice. I had a bit of an issue with not as many people RSVPing as I had hoped after booking one of the larger party rooms. So he took some notes on the party theme, and said he'll see what they can do to help out. When I got to the center and walked into the room, I could have cried. It was soooo cute! The wife helped out a lot. And she was very sweet. Literally the only thing I added to the decor was some of the balloons on the floor. What I appreciate about the play area itself is how clean it was, and how making sure cleanliness is well thought out. Everyone has to wear the brand new socks everywhere, even in the party rooms. And there are even crocs outside of the bathrooms for you to wear inside of them. The play area is made for kids of all ages, it's bright, and I always saw someone spraying and cleaning. There are snacks and drinks for sale, and there's a little seating area with tables and chairs for you to enjoy them. I loved it here! The staff was friendly and helpful. Great customer service, always clean, fun for my very physical 1 and 3 year old. It's cheaper Monday through Thursday and not very crowded at all so that's a great time to go and they're open until 8 PM. Things are always very clean, and there's always lots to do - plenty for kids who want to climb, kids who want to swing and kids who want to spin, pedal, play with balls. read more

Loved everything about this place, the location, how clean it was, the friendliness of the staff and team there. It was perfect for my little one who was only 2 years old. There was plenty for her to get into & explore. There were snacks to purchase as well as drinks. They also have cubbies & lockers to store your items into. The music playing throughout the space wasn't too loud so you could hear what was going on around you. Really great experience overall. First customer service the girls are very Rude on Saturday around 330pm a group came in very Rude to the Pregnant lady was asking questions upset her so much she left a gentleman asking for the restroom he got upset and left they also was very Rude with someone who was having a party there they started rushing you out before your time is over . There was some elderly people who was a little slow. At the end the young man was very nice and helpful with loading the car and patient with the lady and her child. I would Never Recommend this place. After all of that you never know who's watching you don't make a problem in front of other guests and they didn't care. read more

The actual business owner was there at the location when I visited. He was very informal. The most important thing that stands out about the structure of this center is its built to allow parents to go in the play area with their children. They also have an infiltration system that activates every 15-20 minutes. The staff are very nice read more

Amazing staff, very clean environment. Also not to big of a place, so it doesn't feel like your child could get lost.

It's clean, new, and nice. Ideally for kids 8 and under. But the price doesnt match the experience. Its a rather small play area to charge over $20 per child. Also dont bring your teenager along because you will be paying a full child price for ANY minor even if they arent playing. Keep in mind holidays are also charged as weekend prices. Overall my kids did have fun but this place is too expensive for what you get. We wont be coming back or recommending. read more
