Her child was taking toys from other children and fighting, and Tiffany then took a balloon from my four-year-old, causing her to cry hysterically. When I asked to see Tiffany's name tag so I could properly identify her, she hid it under her shirt and threatened to call the police. She then called the police, and we were asked to leave after already paying admission, with no refund provided. I have an audio recording of the interaction. Extremely unprofessional conduct from a manager and not the kind of treatment I would expect at a children's facility.

All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. There are tables and picnic tables and the bathrooms were pretty clean. There are lots of trampolines for jumping, basketball, dodgeball, and more. There's a ninja course, a parkour course, rock climbing, and other equipment. There are lockers for rent or free cubby holes for shoes. Hand sanitizer stations are throughout and a "Parents Zone" on the upper floor. There's a small store with snacks and a strategically placed ice cream freezer at the end of the Ninja course. The parking lot outside if large and free.
