All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. We went back in January and one of the big attractions, the air ball/cannons was broken. When 3 balls were on top of the scoreboard, I alerted the staff to see if they could get them down, they said they couldn't figure out how, so left with only 2 balls to play with. Also, the floor in many places was buckling up (it was interlocking hard foam floor) so was easy to trip on it. I feel they hire young people to do a sweep through every hour and mostly on their phones. The kids did enjoy it there, I feel it's just not maintained well.
