Ok. So i searched up motorcycle dealerships around Peoria IL. And only this world of power sports…read morepopped up. I saw they had a couple options that i liked, qSo i went right in, and began walking around looking at all the bikes. 1 specifically caught my eye , the Ninja 400. I thought on their website there was one with ABS, which would be good for me since I'm a beginner rider. Nobody greeted me nor cared to ask if i needed help. Idk if they were busy or they're just so used to ppl going in there and not buying anything. But i finally flagged down someone and asked if i can test ride this N400. After a few minutes , Amanda, a sales girl came up and got me set up to go ahead and test ride the bike . But before getting on out there they required the rider to sign a form which states if theres any damage during the test ride i will be responsible and also if I injured myself i wont sue them. Which was understandable. After a half hour or so, they finally let me test ride the bike . I got my helmet provided for me by the dealership, and then i got on and began riding. It was a very cool bike. It felt awesome. The clutch was smooth, the shifting was smooth, and i fell in love with this bike. So Amanda asked me if i wanted to begin the purchase process. I told her sure lets go ahead and do that! I think i sat there doing paperwork and stuff to get a loan (i could of paid cash but i want to build some credit) so it took a longgggggg time. I still didn't hear anything so it wasn't their fault at this point none of the banks were replying quick enough. So i left and they said they will call me the next day to let me know if i got approved and i can come pick up my bike. I went on a Saturday I didn't get my bike until Tuesday. Because promises after promises, they were too busy to have the purchasing manager come to check me out and to deliver my bike for me. I got so peeved i told them i am not going to buy the bike any more and I've changed my mind. After saying that, they immediately worked some magic and 5 mins later i got my bike paperwork done. After i bought the bike, i came back 2 days later to ask about the mirrors and if i can lower my bike. They said they would call me back. They never called me back. A month later, i called to get an appointment to change my oil, they told me they're all booked up til end of August . But they did say i can try and walk in on Saturday's becuz they have a rule (first come first serve) which is fine, whatever. But the problem is... how long is the wait. And why is it all over the place? My sales girl was nice and friendly. But the service i felt was lacking. And especially the service in the back, theyre "too busy" to get back to ya i guess? I had a horrible buying experience . Idk if i ever wana go back here for anything.

They have a 1.9 star rating for a reason. After a month of sending back parts that didn't fit I…read moreSTILL haven't gotten my refund. This place is an absolute joke to deal with. They owe me $300

Not very happy with this place! Bought a $25,000.00 Polaris and when they delivered it, they forgot…read moreparts and the extra key and owners manual! WTF?!?! They didn't even fill it up with gas! Usually when you buy a new unit and especially $25,000 one dealerships fill it with gas! On delivery they didn't even show us everything on it like they are supposed to and sign the paper from Polaris. Definitely going to call Polaris on this! Really no owners manual and no familiarity on new machine! Wow unbelievable! Take your business down road to Pekin and get a better deal and outstanding customer service!

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would! My husband and I bought a 2014 Polaris Ranger 900 crew…read morein May 2016. Bought in very nice condition. One owner prior with very low mileage. As anyone with knowledge of ATVs knows these things are made to go through MUD, debris and dirt/wooded trails. Anyhow, only after having the Ranger for 2 months we were following 2 other couples on their ATVs down heavily traveled trails when we slid down the side of a step hill into debris and through deep mud. We got stuck. The wheels were NOT moving. We had to get pulled out and towed. We paid the shop to come pick up the Ranger and asked them to repair it. So here we go. 1. Took 5 weeks just to half a** repair it. 2. Complained it was muddy when it was brought to them. 3. Refused to power wash it as a customer courtesy after paid in full for repairs. 4. Snuck in a $25 fee for hosing down the Ranger. 5. Charged to return it to us just 5 miles away. 6. Was NOT fixed and had to call them back to pick it back up. 7. Charged us again for picking it back up even though repairs where not complete 8. Staff was rude telling us it was fine and nothing was wrong with it. 9. During the course of this whole event the service manager CANDY constantly would complain about her work conditions, lack of staff, personal problems of family member in hospital, and its our own fault that the Ranger is in the shop cause we "wrecked it!" 10. The facility manager Brandon was also rude insisting nothing was wrong with it. 11. After a call was made to the official Polaris Company and they called this manager they sent it to the Ford body shop to have it taken apart. That's when they found the underlying damage their mechanic missed!! 12. 11 weeks and $2300 later AND we have insurance company involved now. Summer has been ruined. Candy the service manager continues to be RUDE and ARROGANT. Our confidence in this place is shot! After a heated discussion Candy cancels parts ordered and states we can pick up our Ranger. More than happy to comply!! If you want THIS kind of service then go here. I will never ever step foot in this place again or ever recommend them to anyone!!!!
