RS was brand new and their location was fantastic! I was greeted by Lindsey who is so talented and extremely accommodating. I already had designed what I wanted and was very specific on what I wanted the final outcome to be. Of course I wanted the sign immediately to start generating traffic to my new salon. I couldn't be more happy with the final result and the turn around time. Brad is exceptional and his attention to service and detail is fantastic. We had Mark W. Snodgrass from his company good stuff graphics and design co in Davenport, IA…read more create and print T-shirts in support of a professional athlete's competition. We had many family members, friends and fans order these shirts locally and from out of town. Snodgrass set up a website to buy these shirts. He took a large amount of orders and money but either sent the wrong shirt, the wrong number of shirts or NO shirts at all. When contacted regarding this, he told customers that UPS or fedex made the mistake and the products were on the way. This was his excuse for every order for several weeks. Orders were taken in november, the event was in november and now it is february and still no shirts and no money has been returned to the customers. Basically, he created a product, sold it, collected money, profited and never made a legitimate effort to send his product. He also told us he would provide us a percentage of the sales, which we never received. Some customers paid extra for expedited shipping, and the product never arrived. There are 20 or so people we know personally who's order were not completed correctly. There is an unknown number people we do not know who bought this shirt to support this athlete who never received anything in return. This could tarnish this professionals athletes reputation by putting this shirt out to fans who will never receive anything and decrease future sales from reputable companies on the athletes behalf.

I was dumbfounded when my wife said $102.00 for 4 prints. I have generally paid $4 per print. I believe this is border line criiminal price gouging. Would not do business with Davenport Printing again.

The lady that greeted me was really nice. She showed me different types of paper, samples and…read morepricing. She told me we could wait for the designer to be done with another customer so I could talk to her. The other customer started looking at some samples so the designer decided to take a quick look at my design. She was very nice, looked at my design and came back with a printed sample. I had one more question before heading out with what i thought would be a smile on my face. I then asked which of the 3 types of paper I had selected would be her recommendation. As she was answering my question, another lady in the back (probably a manager) came out of her office and started talking with an incredibly rude tone. She told me that -these- things take a very long time and that the other lady had made an appointment. She said I should've made and appointment. I was incredibly embarrassed and the other customer looked very uncomfortable as well. She kept saying it was okay. I have never felt so embarrassed... Needless to say, I won't be printing any save the dates, wedding invitations, wedding programs, bachelorette invitations or thank you cards here. I would not recommend this place.
