Horrible. The guy that just brought my car is a real dirt bag. He told me he would take about 45 min to an hour. 4 and half hours later he pulls up with my vehicle. Then he was acting like I'm out of line for being upset when he got here. I hope kenneth sees this review. He's rude, inconsiderate, and caused me inconvenience on the side. They took about 8 hours, when the eta was between 1.5 to 2 hours. They kept pushing back the times. Even after the driver was "en route" it was still about couple hours when he said he was coming from a city that's 20 mins away. This was picked through my insurance. They're terrible. read more

The only thing that they deliver is lies. They said that they would be there in 90-120 minutes, then they said that they'd be there in another 50 minutes, then they told our insurance agent that they would be there in another 45 minutes. They never showed up. Yet they managed to string us along for 3 1/2 hours. A local cop gave me some referrals and the referral showed up in less than 30 minutes. read more

My vehicle doesn't start, so I called the company was told the wait was going to be 45 minutes, and the estimate for a 6 mile drive was roughly $150. It took them about hour and half or 2 hours for him to get my vehicle. I was able to get a ride, but he also had his kid roughly about 3 years old with no car seat or seat belt. Keep in mind it's a f-250 with a single cab. When it was dropped off he told me the price was 209 before taxes and left quickly. If you are stranded on the side of the road you would be waiting for about 7 1/2 hours for Kievv's Krue to come and tow your car. Absolutely terrible tow company! We were assigned this tow company through our insurance who contracts Kievv's. We scheduled the tow at 2:12 pm and they said they were on their way. The company repeatedly pushed back their estimated time of arrival until they said they would be able to tow our car at 9:44 pm. Finally we said "FORGET IT" and called our trusty local Dick's Valley Service and they came to our rescue within 45 minutes. Now that is good customer service! read more

My van wouldn't start, my dad and husband tried everything they could and nothing made it start. We called for a tow. My insurance roadside assistance recommended Kievv and Krue towing. At 11am we were notified they were assigned for the tow service. They were supposed to be there by 140pm. At 150pm I called and asked how much longer. Dispatch said they had a drive enroute to me and would be there in 30-40 mins. At 230pm my husband called dispatch and no answer. At 315, I started calling around to different towing companies and my husband finally got a hold of dispatch. Dispatch said it would be another 30mins to an hour. A different company towed us within 45mins of calling them. Keivv towing called at 430pm to see if still needed the tow. By this time, the van was already towed. Don't use this company unless you want to be stranded all day and keep getting the run around on when they will be there. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I was assigned this company from my insurance.. I was given 90-120 minute eta. Was told I couldnt get a ride and would have to find my own transportation. Had to ask my fiancé to take off work and be there to help drive me home once car was picked up. After 3 hours; I attempted to reach company and he ignored my calls and texted me saying he was on phone and could call me back.. after attempting to reach him twenty mins later by calling and no response via text my insurance conference Called with me and he finally answered and stated it would be at least another 45 mins as they were now responding to a closer call first. My roadside service provider through my insurance company scheduled a short tow for my car to a local mechanic. The automated system said the ETA was 180 minutes. I called their number and it rang 2 times and it went to a rapid busy signal. I got a text staying "I'm in route". I waited and waited. I tried calling again no answer. I called my insurance company's provider and they called the Kievv's. They told him that they would be there in 45 minutes. I waited another 90 minutes and checked app for an updated ETA. It moved from 5:45 to 9 pm. So maybe they would arrived 7 hrs after they get the call. The local towing company was here in 20 minutes. Avoid! read more

One star is too many. They said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. That was seven hours ago. Lying repeatedly about eta, guy is on site now-that was 3 1/2 hours ago. This company is horrid. If they had a problem, maybe tell someone and not flat out lie. The lies have been going on for the past 4 1/2 hours. It's crazy. Oh, my car is right on the shoulder of Cedar Av in Apple Valley. Horrible, worst. Towing company I'm the State of MN. My insurance company sent them to me after my vehicle broke doan in the middle of the interstate. Thankfully I was able to make my truck to the shoulder to park it because they never came called. insurance at 530pm got my. Arrive time of 120min. 730pm or so. By 820pm I tried tcontact the company. No response. I recieved an update that ETA was movedback 30 min. Hr later nothing kept trying to contact the company finally got ahold of driver at 1145pm and he had the wrong address and none of the info I gave my insurance. 1230 I call him again. and find out he cant get my truck into neutral tried to jump it, burnt up my + battery terminal and left. I drove my gfs car out. To find no tow truck, so I put my truck neutral. And call the driver. He is on another job now 30minutes away. So 1am (about 8 hrs after I called for a tow truck) I call my insurance again they cancelled with this horrible Kiev and krue company. Thankfully.... I was given 70-90 minute ETA, this was at 1 p.m. called at 3 said they were held up and 5 mins away, fast forward to 8 p.M. and my insurance company says they can not reach the tow company and called a different tow service. 8:51 and the new tow service is now dropping off my car. read more

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!! I do not think it really qualifies as a company! It took 29 hours for them to finally show up and tow the car. As others have stated they say they will be there in 90-120 minutes, and then are a no show, then they will not answer the phone and then finally are not willing to accept blame for the fact that they did not do what they were contracted to do. Then if that experience is not enough, when they really do show up, day 2, the "employee" is beyond rude and tells me that I am disrespecting him, and that he doesn't know if he actually will do the tow! I have never been lied to as I was by them! If your car warranty company contracts with them, refuse the service and get someone else! Do not waste your time! State Farm Roadside assistance contracted out to Kievv and Krue Towing. Call was placed at 12 with State Farm. ETA was 3:45 pm. I lined up a ride home from a coworker thinking I meet the tow truck around 330 or 345 pm and go home. I was having my car towed 45 minutes away and the business closed at 6 pm with no key drop boxes (a receptionist in sales would be available to take the key until 8 pm. So 345 pm no truck. I call State farm. New eta 445. I rearrange my schedule, setup a new ride home. No truck. New eta 545. That is the last chance other wise I am going home and canceling because if they don't leave by 6 pm they are not getting my key to the receptionist. Also at this point I lost trust in them. They kept lying saying "uhh where are you? What is the model if tour car.? I have a guy on his way--40 minutes". Literally, that was the conversation everytime. I lined up a ride home and scheduled a tow time with a different company on a different day. This affected coworkers waiting to give me a ride home. My patients at work. Social plans I made for the evening. My time. Luckily. My car can't be looked at for a few days otherwise I would have missed the repair appointment if they would have availability the next day. How does a legit towing company fail to show in the Twin Cities for 7 hours where you can drive end to end of the cities in one hour or leas. It was a clear sunny day in the afternoon during COVID (low traffic). This company is either completely fraudulant or they do not know how to manage their capacity (over promise and under deliver). Company needs an overhaul or be shut down. Several other reviews confirmed this is a pattern. If you are the owner of this company please review your business model. Also, customer service was terrible. Instead of lying "oh yeah we are on our way now" please be straight forward and real. If there was a pile up emergency situation and you prioritize emergency accidents then tell the customer they need to make other arrangements. But don't lie. 7 hours and a no show. !! We called Ford roadside assistance because we needed a tow to the Ford dealer and we got a text saying that they would send kievvs krue tow and the wait time would be 240 minuets. They never showed up and when I called them each time they said it will be 45 minuets and after 4 or five hours they started hanging up on me so I went to bed. The next day we started a new roadside assistance claim and had the same results with this HORRIBLE company, after 12 more hours went by with them saying they will be there in 45 minuets, we decided to not use roadside assistance and call a real tow company and they came right away. My insurance company contracted with Kievv's to tow my car yesterday and the entire experience was terrible. The initial estimate was an arrival time in 120 minutes or 12:50pm. After ten, (yes 10!) changes to their arrival time, the tow truck showed up at 8:06pm. The next day I called the auto shop to confirm my car was towed there as expected. I was told that they never received my car. Ultimately, I learned that my car was in fact towed to the proper location; however, the tow truck driver did not inform the auto shop that he delivered my car (which is open 24hrs) nor did he drop the car keys in their drop box. My car sat in a downtown Minneapolis parking lot with the keys in the center console cup holder all night. I would give Kievv's zero stars if that were allowed. read more

My car insurer called this no good crap company to come tow my car from Inver Grove Heights to Apple Valley. After an 1 1/2 hours, thought I would call their number that I was provided. They answered and said they would call me right back to give me a better estimate time of arrival. After not getting that call back a half and hour later, I called again. Received a text from them that they were on a call and he would call me right away. After waiting another 1/2 hour or more, I called again but nothing. Stuck stranded for close to 4 hours. Avoid this so called company by all means!!! By the looks of the reviews, I'm not the only one with this experience. What a joke these people are. read more
