Not only do the customer service reps life the customer services manages and supervisors don't know what the hell they are taking about. Waiting on the 3rd mirror. They keep shipping broken 60" mirrors in boxes with no protection! This is the 5th time I have been on the phone with them for over an hour each time. All they offer is "store credit" lol. If they can't fix their mistake. They won't me to come back and make another purchase with in store credit yet they can't fulfill the order I gave placed. Weeks ago!! Wow folks the lies keep coming. Bed bath & Beyond customer service is a freaking joke. First I'm unreasonable because I have expectations that they should hold up their end of the deal. Yet they can't issue a refund now because they have ordered a replacement which they consider a replacement. Hahah Given their was so much broken glass I could of cut my fingers or hands severely opening the previous two broken mirrors. Mind you the first mirror I ordered weeks ago showed up in perfect condition. So I thought ok I'll order a larger one. Now we are going on two weeks and two broken Mirrors and no refund. All they can offer is $50.00 in store credit Mind you I had to hall two boxes 36"x62" filled with shattered glass off to the dump ! They are the worst!! As bad as Ashley furniture !

I find it pretty hard to understand how a company that claims to be so Christian that they won't be open on Sunday can condone paying people to stand at the front door and making fun of customers!! After 20 years of Kenergy repeatedly trimming a large white pine near the easement of my side yard, it finally toppled over onto its heavy side on a calm day, no wind assist. It was 80 feet tall with 2.5' to 3' diameter trunk. Tree was there when I bought the property. Kenergy could have taken it at any time. They prefer to kill trees slowly over a 32-year period and let the home owner clean up after Kenergy gets it to fall away from the power lines. Pruden took care of that mess, and I had them take out a similar-sized or bigger tulip poplar, still standing, closer to the house while they were at it, between my breakfast and lunch times on Friday AM in mid September 2023. Huge crane, bucket truck, wood chipper, stump grinder, two dump trucks, chain saws, rakes and four men plus dynamic boss David Pruden executed the task flawlessly. I did not plant any of the problem trees in my yard. One miniature holly bush is all I take credit for. One each tulip poplar and white pine remain, both even taller than the problems just disposed of. I hope to keep them under control with the aid of Pruden Tree Service (PTS). Calling them prevents the other kind of PTS, post traumatic stress. For any tree surgery needs, be sure to get a consultation from Pruden Tree Service. They are a real stress reliever.
