I rented 5 tables and 30 chairs for my son's first birthday party. I was impressed by their price, $75 including delivery and pick up. So I booked them. They were pretty responsive via Yelp message and via text. I had to take off some stars though because on the day of delivery, I was told that they would come around late morning to early afternoon. When they haven't showed up around 2 pm, I called and was promised at 3 pm. After 2 other phone calls, to confirm the order, they ended up showing up at 5 pm. Thank goodness it was the day prior to the event so we had time to finish the decor. I was still irked since I had to wait all day just for them to deliver these items while I could have done other errands while waiting. Secondly, when we were setting up the tables and chairs, there were soils in between the chairs that fell out when we were unfolding them and getting them ready. So I'm not sure if these chairs has been wiped thoroughly or even checked before they sent them over to us. The conditions of the tables and chairs were also pretty sad. They were pretty beat with a lot of scuff marks and some chairs were missing the rubber part in the bottom. Lol even when we put our tablecloth over the table, the scuff mark were still visible. (Our tablecloth were yellow), so make sure you get a non see through tablecloth if you book with Kika's party supply. And lastly, for pick up, they were adamant that they could pick up after the event, but when I contacted them, they were behind on orders and asked if I was available the next day. Well, experiencing the delivery time just a day prior, I asked for a 9 am pick up since I really can't be waiting all day again. They came at 9.40 am for the pick up. Overall, great price for tables and chairs if you were to have your event for a park, not a house party. I did appreciate the responsiveness, but they do need to work on being more timely. read more

This service is nothing less than an extremely great price and product. I was pleasantly surprised to find ALL the tables extremely clean and white including chairs. We was a small house warming so I wasn't looking to decorate for a fancy event but the tables and chairs were in such great condition I didn't need any table covers! They're very responsive by text, great selection of regular size jumpers, and one full day of renting equipment included in the price. Will definitely be booking for any and all our future events. Terrible business - I would not recommend booking any of your parties needs from this worthless "business". I contacted them earlier this week for a last minute party. I initially called, but no response so we talked through text. I am used to these party vendors contacting me the day prior to the event to notify me about what time they will be arriving the following day. I had last minute errands to run and wanted to be at home to pay for their services. It took hours to have communication with him & still did not get an answer for the time they'll drop everything off. I contacted a few more times, because at that point I wanted to ensure they wouldn't ditch me and I'd be left with nothing. I called and he even answered once and hung up! The morning of the event I asked if he was still coming as I had no response on ETA.. nothing.. called again and no answer. Finally replied, but wouldn't tell me the time and called shortly after his response and he didn't answer again! I had no choice but to spend almost an hour looking for another vendor who can fill his spot within a couple of hours! So so stressful and definitely not something you want to deal with while hosting and decorating for a party! read more

We have been renting from them for the past 10 years. Always attentive and professional. Delivery is on time and when we decide to pick the tables and chairs ourselves they are always making sure it's tied down and safe on the vehicle. They always try to see if they can accommodate the customer's special request and at times they will find out for you that same day or let u know within 2 days if they can. Example: I was trying to look for coral linens but unfortunately they did not have any to rent and they made some phone calls but were not able to find a supplier that had that specific color and I was told that same day. I called to inquire on some prices and I was told I would have to come in, -ok understandable Then I tried to go to this place two times with in the hours of operation only to find no one was there. That on its own annoyed me so much , I understand perhaps having a emergency where you have to leave but twice!? On the third try , it was just my fiancé that went in, and luckily some one was there. Now since we wanted to do a Friday the women started saying that they would have to come in early since it would possibly rain the night of but she would not lower the price even though we would only get the jumper for about 5 hours. I have never rented equipment for a party before and was pretty nervous. After much research I decided to go with Kimberleys. Tony was very sweet and helpful on the phone. He was also very flexible since the number of guests were changing everyday. I rented 7 round tables, 70 chairs, 3 8' tables, 1 6' foot table and 4 black tablecloths this weekend for a bridal shower in Corona. Tony from Kimberley's Party supplies delivered and picked up all the equipment on time. The tables were sturdy and the chairs were in good condition. The reason for the 4star rating, I needed a table and chairs to be picked up on a Sunday morning (I had rented them on Saturday afternoon) and I was told that they didn't have anyone there to pick it up. We have rented party items before but never from this company! Additionally, we normally don't leave very many reviews bad or good. However this time, we felt this company does good old fashion business the way it should be done. You get what you pay for and service is included. From Day 1, Tony has been forthright and a pleasure to do business. All of the equipment was good quality and clean, including linens. We hosted on a Saturday evening and the tent was up Friday morning and back down Sunday morning like clockwork.
