This is my go to rental company for tables and chairs! When you set a time for drop off and pick up, they are always on time. Their staff are nice and efficient. This was an oopsie on my end, but after they had laid down the tables and chairs during one of my drop offs, I accidentally had the team place them in a tight spot of the garage, so I asked them to move the tables and chairs. Hello , I had to wait for your truck to depart in order to park in the driveway! As soon as your truck pulled out I saw the oil stain in the driveway and let my daughter (Destiny) know . I reached down and felt it to make sure it was oil and not condensation. When your company came to pick the items up they almost hit a car right in front of the home ! The lady was driving on both occasions! It would've cost you nothing to clean that up or provide some type of credit to cover the clean up . ! I would not recommend this company based on our recent experience. All Occasions Rentals delivered tables and chairs for our event, but during delivery their truck left a large oil stain in our driveway. We immediately contacted the company before our event to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, rather than working with us to find a solution, we were told they would only accept responsibility if we had video footage of the exact moment the leak occurred. While we did not have video surveillance covering that area, we did have an eyewitness who saw the delivery truck pulling out of the driveway and observed the fresh oil spot immediately afterward, even touching it. No other vehicles had been in our driveway besides the delivery trucks. Despite this, the company refused to take any responsibility. What was most disappointing was not just the lack of accountability, but the way the situation was handled. We expected a professional company to investigate the matter and work toward a reasonable resolution, especially when the damage was reported immediately. Instead, we felt dismissed and treated as though our concerns were not valid. The rental items themselves were fine, but customer service and accountability matter just as much. Beware of hidden fees. Do not book online. When called out for hidden fees, the person was extremely rude. The fine print says there may be a set up fee, but it's not may, it will. And they don't tell you the fee upfront. Then there's the surprise delivery fee. And the biggest surprise of all, the "stake" fee. 60 each x 6. So the 185.00 tent I booked online was an additional 510.00 for a total of 695. Since I had already paid online I had no choice but to pay triple in hidden fees after enduring the very rude treatment of their office person and their refusal to refund. This item should not be able to be booked online if they are going to have these insane hidden fees. Luckily there are SO many other event rental companies in the area. read more

They have a lot of items for rent we rented chairs 45 chairs for $100. One major issue I have is you have to load and unload anything you rent... there are employees there but it's all DIY which I find super weird and very inconvenient. Better bring help if you want to rent anything. read more

Rented a stage for our friends birthday birthday party, picked it up drove from corona to San marcos, started to set it up only to realize it was missing not only a leg but a few other pieces as well, we tried to call Friday no answer, all weekend no answer then we bring it back Monday after we had called in the morning to let them know it was missing and the lady who came out to check everything in was very rude and had major attitude with us...stating we don't believe you...as if I was trying to steal a stage leg or something...with her missing pieces of a stage, and I'm supposed to be liable that this thing isn't collapse when I put people on it??? I had a good experience renting a jumper from this place, Daniel was helpful and professional, kept communicating the whole time, item was delivered on time and it great condition, it was pick ip the next day and that I liked a lot, as kids were using the jumper until late at night. My Caterer - The Taco Girls recommended All Occasion Party Rental. VERY please with the communication and what was rented. We rented 6 round tables, 40 of the nicer sturdier (resin, padded white) chairs (used 8 of our own) and 4 larger pub tables. I wanted to make sure I had enough chairs - only put 8 around each table so all could be comfortable. I have TINY backyard and they worked with me with the dims I gave them the size of the patio area.. I had calculated correctly, but they were nice enough to confirm. Everyone from the phone to the gal (btw she was bout 5' tall- and kicked butt!) and guys who dropped off and picked up were very nice. ( It was SO incredibly hot when they delivered and picked up, I gave the 3 delivery and 4 pick-up people water.) They brought the items to the back yard and, as agreed upon WE set them up. Those that commented they don't help you set up - they tell you that on the phone and its in the contract in LARGE CAPITAL letters. You pay extra for that! FYI It took 3 of us about 25 minutes to set the tables and chairs - we were all 60+ years old. (NOT that difficult!) Our Italian Themed Party was FANTASTIC!! Tear down - stacking the chairs on the carts, breaking down the 6 tables and 4 pub tables was easy... rolled everything to the side of the house and done! They called before they came to drop off and before they picked up - all in a very timely manner! I'll use them again - and highly recommend them! read more

These people are scam artists! I rented cocktail tables, a bar and plastic chairs for a business event that I had on August 5, 2023. The person who picked them up is a retired marine who works for my company. He checked every item very meticulously, before he left and did the same thing when he returned them. Since they couldn't find any additional damages to their already damaged tables, they decided to add some type of fraudulent charge for 2 missing Velcro pieces from the bar draping. There was nothing itemized on the invoice to reflect that there were 20 Velcro attachments, otherwise they would have been counted upon receipt and return. They charged an additional $3 each for them. They probably don't expect anyone to complain about a measly $3 but it is the principle of running such a scam. If they do this type of thing on a regular basis, then those little charges can add up to a significant amount. Just like the teller who took 1 penny from every account at the bank and ended up with hundreds of thousands of dollars. When I complained about how you can't charge for an item that was never listed on the invoice to Kimberly Nunez, she acted like a child wanting to play tit for tat. They are very unprofessional. My employee also stated that the woman at the store was very rude and abrasive. We have 6 weddings and 2 corporate events booked that would have earned them over $18,000 in rental income within the next 2 months and they chose to argue with me for $6 instead of trying to retain my business. Shake my Head. Maybe I should send them a bill for my spandex cocktail table linens that were ruined from being snagged on their raggedy tables. I suggest that you go to A Better Party and Design or Angeles Party Rental. They are very courteous and appreciate their customers and their equipment is in much better condition. read more

I called a few days before the date, and they said I needed to fill out another form, and sign the invoice. I had already paid, and my credit card was already charged. I would not have received my rental items, had I not called to confirm. And, since they dont answer the phone, it literally took me all day to reach them. When the equipment arrived, there was no butane for the chafing dishes. What good are chafing dishes with no butane? And masks are required. I can understand that. What I do not understand is why THEY do not wear masks. I came in Wednesday to place an order for pickup on Friday. The employee was on his phone and without looking up said, just come back Friday. It was obvious that his phone took priority. When I insisted that I place the order today so I would be sure I had want I needed, he handed me a clipboard so I could complete the order for him. I guess this is their version of self checkout?? They will not assist in loading or unloading. It is stated in the contract. But they want you to neatly stack the chairs on their cart to make their job easier. Unprofessional and ALMOST ruined my event untill I was able to find a legitamate rental company that saved the day. They were supposed to email me a quote for my items and never did untill I called again a few days later, they then apologized sent me a quote and told me to fill out a credit card authorization form "as soon as possible" that was it. I filled it out and emailed them the next day. They informed me the day before my party that I had turned it in too late. They couldn't do it anymore. They never told me when i had to turn anything in by and not to mention it would have been taken care of had they done they're part on time to begin with. Luckily we found the exact same rentals we needed from them for a WAY better price that we were able to get that same day! So it was for the better in the end that they screwed us over. read more

Let me tell you about this shocking & horrible experience. I placed a reservation to rent items for our wedding. The week of, Richard (an associate) gives me a ring to confirm all the items and delivery time for that following Friday. I told him that we do not check into the property until 1pm so that they need to deliver it then. He tells me that it's an extra $100 fee for requesting a specific time, because their deliver window is 7am-7pm (who has a delivery window this big?). I told him that I am not happy about this extra charge, but I'll surrender to it since I had no choice in the matter anyways. The morning of that Friday, I get a text message at 9am saying the delivery guys are on the way for delivery. I called the delivery guys and said we will not be able to be there until our 1pm check in! About an hour later, I get a call from the office, saying that they attempted to deliver the rental items, but no one was there to receive it, and because of this, they were to charge me an ADDITIONAL $100 for the failed delivery. WTF?! I was shocked! I had clearly told Richard of our situation of not being available until 1pm. His failure to communicate this to the delivery guys now costed me! I asked to speak to the manager, and got on the phone with Marcella the owner. She proceeded to side with her employee who had made this mistake who claimed it was me who denied the original extra charge to have the delivery on a specific time. I was shocked and cannot believe it. I feel mistreated and scammed, and have to share this experience. I am still beside myself on how a company charged ME for a mistake made by their own staff. I highly recommend finding your rentals for your special event elsewhere. read more

TLDR: Nice office people to get you sold. Terrible planning, communication, customer service, and delivery on the day of! Double charges your credit card! I don't normally write reviews ever but this was a particularly negative experience. Rented a dance floor for my wedding and had been in contact with Mike, repeatedly telling them that I needed to coordinate delivery times with my venue, and everything seemed to be going fine until the day of delivery when I get a call at 7am from someone who barely spoke English telling me they'd be arriving at the venue in 30 minutes! This was particularly surprising since I had been reassured multiple times that I would be receiving a 4 hour time frame prior to the delivery and due to these assurances, I hadn't given the lack of contact the day before any thought. After trying to tell the person on the phone that the venue wouldn't be available until after 12 she just hangs up on me! Finally got ahold of Mike who proceeds to tell me that he'll have to charge me an extra $100 to come back even though he never gave me a time frame in the first place and that was his fault! Fine, whatever, I concede cause I need it done and he tells me he'll find a time that works and let me know when they'll be arriving. Then I get a call from my wedding coordinator saying that they've arrived with the dance floor at 12 when the venue isn't even open yet! They did it AGAIN! It was unbelievable! Luckily they were able to find a way into the venue or that would have been another catastrophe. Not to mention the fact that the floor had a bunch of pieces with giant dents making it very unattractive. Had to call Mike again attempting to convey my dismay that this is the second time he's caused huge inconveniences and he proceeds to disregard my concerns by saying the floor was delivered and that's all that matters and that he's still charging the $100 for the "scheduled delivery" even though I didn't even get to pick the time! And then the delivery people say they'd be there at 12pm to pick it up and he contradicts by saying they'll be there between 7-9am and that if we want them to be there at 12 we'd have to pay another $100. Oh yeah, almost forgot that all of the transactions were double charged to my credit card and would have stayed that way if I hadn't noticed! I couldn't believe the audacity, lack of communication, and horrible customer service on delivery. Will never be using this company again! read more

They left us waiting outside in 108 degree sun for about 20 minutes waiting for them to retrieve the items we had requested weeks ago. I just assumed they would have them ready to go when we got there. They charge a lot for pickup so I planned on dropping the items off, but found out they're closed on Sundays, and only open during standard business hours (this doesn't work well for people with 9 to 5 jobs Monday through Friday). I called to arrange for me to drop things off Wednesday when I get out of work early. They said that would be fine, no problem... Then they charge me the next day. And the next day. They drained my account, then kept charging me. They keep charging multiple times a day, up to 3 times in one day for random amounts between 20 and 90. Now my account is excessively overdrawn! I can only speak to rental pickups as I have not used them for setups or deliveries. However, Their selection is immense. We can always rely on them for glassware, chairs, tables, lines, drapes etc. We run a large production company and often need backup supplies in this area. Mike has been our go to guy for many years now - even from their previous address in Corona before moving here. He always replies quickly with the quote we request, reserves our equipment and then even has it pulled in advance if we let him know when we are arriving.
