I advise you to look elsewhere. On the day of our event the set up team left our wedding arch crooked the groom and groomsmen had to get it straightened out In time for our event and it looked horrible up close, it had visible wear and tear. The prices were decent but not worth it when we were let to figure it out in the most important day of our lives. I went with this company because of some of their yelp reviews. Overall, the experience was good, but I felt it could have been better. Products were a bit worn and old. I ordered 3 garden umbrellas and they were a little flimsy and some even tilted to side, which did not look good. I also had one other issue with this company, which may not be entirely their fault but it is their website. I ran my credit card to pay for a deposit for the rentals and the next day my card was used somewhere in Reseda, Ca. My bank detected fraud and closed my account right away. I did let the company know and I had to drive out the the site to make a final payment. Delivery was prompt and they called before they were coming. Pick up was easy too, I did not have to be home. Overall, product was a little below average, but it worked for what I needed it for. This was my first time renting chairs and tables from this company. The process was easy and everyone from booking to pickup and delivery was very professional. The delivery AND pickup guys were friendly and professional! They let you know when they're on the way to pick up/drop off. And they were really fast. I would rent with them again. But, I had to take a star off because I will go for an upgraded chair next time. I rented the basic plastic chair and it was so flimsy and worn out. The tables were not in good condition, and there were dents and bumps on it. Some of them were wobbly. So we weren't able to use it. There were marks and it was dirty. I wish they would get new ones. I felt like it made my party look a bit.. dirty. But, overall for a simple quick last minute backyard party I would rent with them again. read more

Originally booked this vendor for our wedding that was cancelled due to COVID. Fast forward and I decided to use my credit to rent tables and chairs for a baby shower. Everything was fine until day of... my deliver still has not shown up so I had to frantically call another vendor so I could get the party set up. I will update after there is a conclusion. Update: Delivery driver called after 5pm saying he was still 15 minutes away at least. I explained that I would no longer need the rentals because of the lack of communication he was very nice about it. Party Solutions use to be our go to place, unfortunately not anymore, we used their service this weekend and was grossly disappointed. Our linens were not as we ordered, the ones we did receive had stains on them and the wrong size. The linen napkins were unraveling at the edges and some had holes. They are very disorganized and their customer service is no longer existent. It makes me very sad because we used this company a few years back almost 3 times a month. We have a few large events coming up and need to find a new party rental company that we can trust and know that the customer service will also be adequate for the times we now live in. read more

I recently moved into the area and was in search of a new party supply company. I rented some tables, chairs and table linens from Your Party Solutions. The delivery guys were courteous and friendly. I agree with several of the comments that some of the items are very worn. One of the banquet tables delivered had two corners coming up, making it difficult to lineup two table together evenly. One of the cocktails tables would not balance. We had to put some cardboard underneath the leg to get it more stable. Nothing to serious and nothing I would normally complain about. The problem I encountered was after my rentals were picked up. I was emailed that one of the tablecloths was returned damaged. I gave Sara a call and explained that I was aware of the damaged tablecloth because that was the condition I received it in and debated to even use it or not. Sara proceeded to tell me that me receiving a damaged tablecloth was 'impossible' because she personally checks every single table cloth that is returned from the cleaner and that the tablecloth was not damaged. What I think more impossible is that Sara is opening each pressed, folded and hung and plastic wrapped tablecloth and inspecting every single edge. The insinuation that I was lying did not sit well with me. I was charged for damaging a tablecloth that was delivered damaged. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again. read more

Last minute I contacted them for some chairs. They easily accommodated us and it was beyond affordable. The chairs were also very clean. When we went to pick them up everyone was super friendly and loaded up the truck the for us. Dropping them back off went really smooth as well. The place is very clean you can tell they take pride and really take care of their rentals. I will definitely recommend and use them again for all my future party needs. I placed a short-notice order for 2 outdoor heaters and 20 chairs for a party last month. Ordering The representative who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She was also up front with me and stating that the heaters that were available have a worn look to them as all the newer heaters were already reserved. I appreciated her candidness. She sent me an email confirming the order with the link for payment shortly after speaking. The online payment process was very easy and convenient. Products Chairs - They were the typical white folding chairs. Heaters - They were not as worn down as I expected which was a plus. Delivery/Pick Up The delivery guy (sorry I cannot remember his name) was courteous. For the chairs, I didn't need them set up but rather placed next to a backyard wall, which the Delivery guy completed with no issue. For the heaters, he them set up quickly and demonstrated how to use them. The same guy and other person performed the pick up and they both were pleasant. Both delivery and pick up were quick with no issues. I will definitely use them for future needs and recommend them to others. The only reason why I didn't give a full 5 stars is because my order was pretty small. read more

I rented gold chiavari chairs with ivory cushions for a wedding on 04/04/2015. The condition of the chairs were horrible. You expect there to be some scratches and dings but these chairs were severely damaged with scratches, scuff marks, dents, discolorations, and even two of the chairs had holes where it appears the legs were separating from the seat. We couldnt use those two chairs for fear of our guests falling. The cushions were awful as well. Many had the zippers seperated and the cushion was showing through. Some of the cushions had been stapled to hold them together because the zipper was broken. The staples were showing and those chairs had to be placed in the back area because the guests in the rows behind those seats would see staples in the cushion. I was so furious I called the office while they were being delivered and was transferred to the warehouse manager and was just continuously told, "well they are rental items". My thought is yes they are rentals but when they become damaged they need to be taken out and not continue to be rented. I was told all they could do was offer me a 25% refund, which they did, but on my wedding day I could care less about a discount and only wanted chairs that were presentable. My advice is do not use this company for chiavari chairs unless it doesnt matter what quality of chairs you will receive. read more

Easy to book rentals. Delivery and pick up was seamless. My only real complaint was that every time I replied to an email or send one directly, it would come back undeliverable. I have used Party Solutions for years, and everything has always been pretty good. They have gotten rid of it seems the warped 8 ft tables and replaced with new and better. However, I order the white folding chairs each time and this last party what were delivered were scuffed white chairs in poor shape. I am sure it can be hard to keep them perfect when renting but I wonder if it is the loading/off loading or the storage that seems to be taring these chairs up. It makes a poor impression in my opinion, when the table linens and plates look great but the chairs look bad. I hope then will be replacing the chairs soon. It is time. read more
