My husband and I do date nights on Tuesdays and we went to Big Play first. Which is amazing. But we…read moredecided to stop by Paradise Pier for a few rides. We were met with the best of employees. Everyone from the front desk on were very nice. I have to give the best of all shout out to Dillan! And if I would have remembered the aero bar gentleman's name he would be highly recognized too! I was too nervous to hear his name. But he did a wonderful job and my hubby and I loved our time up there with him. We will be back!

Dang this place! 5 or more rides were not open, the lovely teenager you got tickets from hated her…read morejob like most people here(I mean it shows), 25 dollars for 3 rides a bit high (they give you a paper band ) and the worst we left around 8ish groups of teenagers were loitering in the parking lot with their music on loud.NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!!!!WHY IS THIS ALLOWED!I have a son on the spectrum and I didnt appreciate it at all! No wonder the place was dead at the rides (I'm serious me and my son were the only people on the entire Ferris wheel) !! It's not worth it as is. The arcade is where we spent hours at but let me be honest my son had 2,000+ tickets and you hardly get anything. Just a small stuffed animal and some candy way too high for an average kid!!! The pool table was missing balls(they did eventually find some after spending close to 15 min trying to find them in the table) A few other games didn't work properly. We made do . We still had fun my son and I but it was a downgrade from last year(hardly anything was open on the ride side) QUIT HIRING PEOPLE WHO HATE THEIR JOBS!!!FIX YOUR MACHINES!! Lower the prices on the redeemed items!! LOWER THE PRICES ON THE RIDES ITS quite RIDICULOUS!! No wonder it was a ghost town. DO BETTER FOR FAMILIES!!! The guy at the far end manning the big swing was equally as an adult also was rude asf .

This is one of my favorite places in the world…read more I have been to the Global Wildlife Center lots of times and it is consistently awesome. The animals are well taken care of and the staff is always fun and knowledgeable. Our tour guide (I think her name was Sonora?) was very nice and went out of her way to make sure we got to spend time with all of the animals we wanted to see. Couple of tips. First off, spring for the private or semi-private tour. You have more freedoms to roam around the park and it's definitely worth the extra cost. Second, no matter how much animal food you get, you will wish you had more. The highlight of the tour is feeding the animals and you will not want to disappoint them! Third, they have added some new attractions in the last few years that look awesome but we didn't get a chance to do them. There's a kangaroo walkabout and a capybara experience, both looked really cool. Finally, they are offering a "painting" by the animals. You add food coloring to a canvas and the animals "paint" with their mouths while they eat. It was absolutely worth it!

Very good experience. The animals were curious and engaging with the public on the wagon train. Warnings were given adequately about behavior of the animals and expectations of communication with the variety of animals. I might add there was easy access for Seniors, handicapped, and young children which was excellent! No steps to climb. Ramps were available to all riders. Live music was also pleasant and provided by a guitarist while waiting our turn to board. I'm sorry I have no names of the musician singing or the Southeastern students accompanying our excursion. All were incredibly entertaining. I recommend to pregnant moms also for a fun-filled Mother's Day next weekend. My two year old grandaughter was thrilled as were her daddy, mommy and MiMi!
