Kiki is amazing. I feel so confident that my little furry ones are in her care. She alerted me to my doggie's anxiety when we were out of town. She offered me great options and prices when I had to leave for a two week vacation. She took exceptional care of our cats when we were gone on vacation. Where's the 10 star button when you need it? I cannot even express how lucky I feel to have found Kiki and her fantastic assistant, JB! From the moment I met them both, I could tell that they were both true animal lovers and that I could trust them implicitly with my dog. When Kiki and JB first came over to our apartment to meet us, they both immediately bonded with my dog Balou and I could tell he clicked with them as well. They are clearly very experienced and professional dog walkers -- the perfect blend of kind and loving, yet firm enough to be the alpha (which is what we need given our pup is 80 pounds, and a rescue who is still learning his manners!) Even more, Kiki and JB are wonderful with humans as well. They are both excellent communicators and flexible with our changing schedules. JB is usually our primary dog walker, and he is always sending us wonderful text updates about how the walk went (and funnily enough, my two favorite photos of Balou are actually ones JB has taken and texted to me). They also go above and beyond to help when needed - a great example of this is when we needed a last minute walk on a Saturday which isn't normally a day when we need dog walks, but JB adjusted his personal schedule so that he could help us out. Again, I really cannot say enough good things about Kiki and JB. One of my main concerns about getting a new dog was making sure he would get great walks during the day when I'm at work. Kiki has looked after our little American Eskimo, Koda, for more than a year now. She's amazing with him -- he really looks forward to her coming every day and gets super excited whenever she's at the door! Their routine varies from short walks around the neighborhood on a sunny day to games of fetch at the nearby park to longer excursions on the trails with other dogs, which Koda loves. He's nicely tired out by the time they get back. Several times, Kiki has gone above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of Koda. For example, when he was a young puppy, she came in to find that he had had diarrhea and had vomited in his crate. She helped to rinse the crate out in the back yard and wipe Koda down, and helped to comfort him while we were at work. She's also been helping us to train Koda not to be so jumpy when he sees her (he gets *really* excited), and in general has done a lot of little things to show that she cares about our dog beyond just taking him out for his walks. She's also very accommodating and flexible, prompt about communicating, and just nice to talk to. When she's not free, JB also takes great care of Koda, and we've never been inconvenienced by their schedule. All in all, they've been awesome and a big part of our dog's life! read more

I find myself continuing to put off writing a review because it's difficult to describe exactly how helpful Kiki was for me and my dog Tucker. Before having Kiki walk him, he attended a group daycare when he received little structure and was allowed to get away with a lot which contributed to some behavior issues. Kiki not only took on my dog who required a little extra guidance and handled it fantastically but through the dog walking process helped keep him on track and even improved his behaviors when she wasn't around. She taught him new good habits and has a masterful understanding of dogs and what they need. The only reason we stopped using Kiki is that I had to transfer internationally and so far it's been impossible to find a dog walker even close to Kiki's level of expertise. I can easily say she made an immense difference for my dog and recommend her 100%! read more

My three critters are so sad to see me go to work. But they're very, very happy when Kiki takes them for a walk. Kiki has a such a way with animals. She's so patient and loving with them: my two young little rambunctious guys and my mellow 16-year-old sweetie pie. My dogs are much calmer when I get home and I feel better that they're getting exercise. What's nice, too, is that Kiki is a pro photographer. I have priceless portraits of my pups. Kiki is great! I have a young husky puppy, and a constantly changing work schedule. She has been incredibly flexible when it comes to work hours, and I have never seen Ender (my dog) more excited then when she walks in the door! He's always good an tired when he gets back from a walk - and hours later when I get home! She even picked up after Ender when she walked in to find Ender had chewed up just about everything in my bathroom. She fully deserves all 5 stars - great with pets, flexible hours, great price, and also takes great photos! It's also awesome that she offers pet sitting as well. I moved to Sunnyvale from the East Coast in August with my 5 1/2 year old English Pointer mix, Harper. It was a very fish-out-of-water experience for both of us, and I was nervous about being able to find a good (reliable, kind-hearted, responsive, affordable) dog walking service to help out with her. I found Kiki through Yelp, and have had an awesome experience with her. Key highlights of her work: -- Free consult / meet & greet: I'd met with another dog walker who seemed great on paper, but who gave me a bad vibe upon meeting in person. Kiki arranged for both her and her staff member JB to meet Harper and me in person in advance. Seeing how my dog responded to them, and they to her, really sealed the deal for me. -- Pricing Discounts: Her pricing seemed on-par with other walkers I'd researched in the area, but one perk is that she offers discounts for pre-paying (e.g., 10% off for buying 10 walks at a time). -- No penalty fees: Most other dog walkers I've had over the past 5 years charge a penalty fee for last-minute changes or cancellations. My schedule changed once or twice on the fly, and Kiki never charged me a penalty, despite my offering. On top of this, she and JB were always quick to respond to texts or questions. -- Pictures & Detailed Write-Ups: For me, the best part of being her client was getting daily texts from either Kiki or JB with "action shots" of Harper on her walk, and a quick note about how she was doing. Kiki's site has a bunch of hilarious photos of her clients, and her passion for dogs really shines through. I recently moved up to SF, and was so sorry to leave Kiki and JB behind. Kiki has been the most amazing dog walker we could have ever hoped to find for our golden retriever Hannah. We have had Kiki as our dog walker for almost 2 years and she has been wonderful.
