I don't worry about my dog when I leave her in Sarah's care - whether it's a short 2 day trip or over a week. My dog is also a finicky eater - has never had an issue at Sarah's. I've dropped her off and receive a text from Sarah that dinner is completed - before I even reach home. She knows what she's doing. She loves my dog - which is priceless.

Mindy and her staff were so great about sending us photos of them 3 times while we were on the trip and putting us at ease that they were doing great. I can't say enough about this Pet Hotel. The photos show how much fun they were having and they came home calm, healthy and happy. The best part was when we were picking them up in the outside greeting area, our Gunner went back to their door and sat there because he wanted to go back in! Wally has glioma (incurable brain cancer) and is susceptible to seizures so he needs meds 2x daily at specific times. Knowing Scott is there to ensure Wally gets this is so comforting and helps us actually enjoy our vacations.
