Gerry and his wife are a Godsend for our precious kitties. Gerry is a cat whisperer; I've literally seen my cats run up to him when he arrives. Suffice it to say that a 3 week vacation didn't even solicit that reaction for my husband and I. We've been using the Pet Nanny for over a year, now. I can honestly say that I have complete and total trust in the integrity of this service. Each day of the Pet Nanny care-taking, we receive updates with photos of our furry babies. I think he grooms my long haired Selkirk Rex everyday, cause he's always so fluffy on the photos. :) Everything is always so tidy when we return; you can tell that there is immense attention to detail. Sometimes I even think that it's cleaner than when we left it....they even bring in the mail and water our plants (like in our garden)! They are incredibly kind and thoughtful.
