I like to order from Local Businesses at Christmastime. I called and spoke to the owner of this business about a Christmas Gift I wanted her to mail out. That was in mid November! I will say her cookies are quite delicious. I wrote a few times. We had some messages through Facebook and then the phone call. We spoke about my order. She was going to call me back to complete the order. She never called me back. I was forced to order from Macy's. When I wrote her to politely ask her what happened, and why she didn't call me back she became very rude and snarky. She said she was overwhelmed with health issues. She should have just told me from the beginning that she could not fullfill my $100 order. She was insulting and told me that I "wasn't the type of customer she wanted" wow! She could have cared less and took responsibility for messing up the order but still blamed me for asking what happened. I won't be back. Good products. I met an employee (Susan) of Killa Kookies & Kream at a vendor fair at the Botanical Gardens. I bought three fun cookies, a Rice Krispie treat, a peanut butter cookie sandwich, and two parfait cups. The fun cookies were an angry uterus, a cookie that said Fuck You, and a cookie in the shape of a marijuana leaf. The peanut butter cookies were excellent and they had a huge amount of delicious buttercream frosting in between them. The Rice Krispie treat was great, as was the peanut butter and cake dessert/parfait cup. I bought a friend a dessert cup. I can't remember the flavor but it was different and she loved it. The employee told me that they are usually at the Hamburg Farmer's Market on Saturdays. I messaged the owner and they weren't going to be there on the 30th but I still ordered a few things for a block party. (I ordered two orders of peanut butter blossom cookies and one peanut butter pie.) After driving down to Jamestown for a 5K, I stopped in the bakery to pick up my order. I bought way more than what I originally ordered because everything looked so GREAT!!! (I bought a coffee, 15 cake balls, some chocolate covered Oreos, and a few cookies, in addition to my peanut butter pie and the drop cookies for the block party.) The cake balls were buy 12 get three free. I bought peanut butter, Snickers, and I think the third flavor I chose was lemon raspberry. (I should have reviewed this business sooner!) All in all, I spent around $151.00 there. The service was great, the place was clean, and the treats were delicious!!! I would definitely come here again, if I was in the area, or I'd drive down for an order. It was so worth it!!! read more

Very good new bakery on Route 430 just outside of Jamestown next to the War Vets. Very unfortunate there is a health pandemic happening during their opening, but they are making a go of it. Great cupcakes and cake balls during my first visit. Clean place, creative decorations, respectful social distancing signage, and friendly staff. Can't wait to stop again to try the gelato and coffee drinks which feature a local roaster, Stedman Coffee Roasters. Congrats and good luck! read more

I love lunch here, reasonably priced lunch combos. Great sandwiches and soups. Awesome cheese cake and imported gelato. I tried the apple crisp gelato which was amazing. Large selection of cake balls and cupcakes. Worth the drive. read more

First off the negative reviews are bogus. Secondly, this place is the best! How could someone seriously give them 1 star!?! Cupcakes were flavorful and moist. Gelato was very good and creamy. However, their peanut butter cookie bars tasted of the freezer and left a chemical-taste after swallowing. Not the best impression to leave on customers as a new business. read more
