    Mediacom goes down way to often and costs way too much…read more And when you call tech support to find out when it will be back up all you get is "we're working on it". After 12 hours of down time today, and multiple down times all this week, I don't believe a word they say.

I have sent emails to your "Supervisor Email address," but there has been no response. Respond to my emails; I've called and can't get this issue resolved! It's beyond harassment; I canceled the service, and you sent me a shipping label to return all the equipment, which I did. All of the modem, the cable, and it was sent and accepted by Mediacom. Now you're claiming "you all are lacking a white extender"; there isn't a white extender, and this is unacceptable. The home is under 800 square feet; why would I ever request an extender for such a small house? I AM CANCELLING BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY CONTINUALLY INCREASED MY CHARGES. There was never an white little box extender only the modern and cable. !!all equipment is returned already. AND MY BILL BECAME SO HIGH AND HALF OF THE TIME WE DIDN'T HAVE SERVICE!! The internet was constantly down, so I decided to cancel my service. I receive calls from MediaCom, and THIS IS HARASSMENT. I HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THE EQUIPMENT WAS RETURNED, AND I NEED A RETURN CALL IMMEDIATELY!!! You all do not respond to my emails. I can't reach anyone!!! This is my last attempt to have evidence that I tried to contact Mediacom to resolve this!!!! It's harassment, terrible customer service, and I will take action. With a harassment lawsuit if this issue is not addressed. I possess evidence, so check your emails!!! At 'support@mediacomcc.com', you'll find all my requests for assistance in resolving this issue and to stop calling me I should have looked at the review about your company and how every month the bills go up and over charged and the worse part there is never service!!! WATCH OUT NEW CUSTOMERS DO NOT GO WITH MEDIA COM EVER!!!

I work as a foreperson for a land baroness out in the desert. We tried frontier which was a failure, then someone bragged about hugesnet being so great because they had 5G and then they in turn assured us that we needed their more expensive business class, and to make an extremely long and boring story less, as in "less being more" giggles, it became a tedious and dismal failure!! Then we found John Aliso and Renee at Supernet 360. Set up the appointment for the install, they came out, installed the new system of which DID NOT REQUIRE A DISH mind you. Based on microwave technology.......... Three words best describe our experience so far........ NIGHT AND DAY!!! Night being the DARK SIDE of things with Frontier and Hugesnet Day being the BRIGHT SIDE of things Supernet 360 Our system went down recently because of a Supernet 360 system upgrade. A call to John was made the wee hours of early Sunday morning.... By 8 AM that morning John responded and explained their upgrading and by the early afternoon, it was back up and running! Now this must be said, WHAT BUSINESS do you know that will make any response to your inquiry on a SUNDAY MORNING, let alone on any weekend at all but especially on any Sunday for crying out loud, giggles!! I give this service and John Aliso two thumbs up, and he certainly has my vote!!!
