I'm very impressed with their work plus they called and asked if they could come even sooner so that's even better for me. They called to let me know they were on their way and if I had any questions. i needed two rooms carpet washed and it o lt took them like 30mn. I'm not one to write a review, but after my experience. I would like my story to be a cautionary tale for potential customers out there, if negative star were possible I would have use that. DO NOT USE Company or proceed at your risk. My points. * Supervisor assaulted customer with a wrench while on customers property. * Supervisor assaulted other person on property. * Supervisor was aggressive shouted at customer * Unreasonable * Did not perform the jobs listed on contract. (carpet not vacuumed, all 3 bathroom floors not swept or mopped, * They damaged my garage door damaged, not established if it was a deliberate or accidentally, there was no communication of that. TLDR In spite getting other quotes for a move out clean which were negligibly cheaper from other services, I procured their service with the intention of supporting a locally black owned business. On arrival in the morning, the supervisor insisted they would have to rescheduled because I had few items on the ground floor, and I suggested working from top floor down. He said I work the whole house, and I tried to explain I am from out of town and I needed to complete some items around the house since I will not be able to make it down. I proceeded to clear the items from the floor with 10 mins, I had scheduled a handy man to help with some work during an overlap time, some outside and inside, gave handyman what to do. This included putting up some blinds, painting backdoor, help with hot tub, finishing a small portion of the floor less than 2 sq ft. I assumed the handy would start from the back door, I drove went out. few mins I got a call tell handy man to get out so that I can do my job, I tried to call the handy man who didn't have his phone, couldn't reach him, in trying to make a turn to head to handy man to start from outside. I got pulled over, this supervisor started calling incessantly while I was trying to address and attend to the Police officer. While flustered I got to my apartment, I saw him outside with garage door ajar asked about the other cleaners, he said he dismissed them, because their work was done, that he was waiting to collect his money. Tried doing a walk through, majority of the jobs they completed were satisfactory, the rest were mediocre. None of the floors were touched, asked why the upstairs wasn't vacuumed, or bathroom he said those were in the carpet cleaning service (which is false per the contract), said he didn't touch the floors because the handy man were on his floor, handy man was at this point on the ground floor. For fear of any altercation, decided to pay, after which I told him calmly without aggravation the reason I procured his service, for the simple reason of support local black business and entrepreneur, at this point the situation turned to worse, he started the verbal abuse and while on customer's property. I was walking him out of the property to ensure, at which point I was going to apologize for how everything panned out, next I heard while on the porch, "keep talking and I'll do something to you", I stopped on my speech, to tell him you're on my property and that would constitute as trespassing, ignorantly his replied "I'm not in your house and is not trespassing, this is not your property" and went to bring a wrench with the intention to strike. After he left found my garage door and in fear for my safety called the police to file a report. Note to supervisor: Property extends to the curb, and also the drive way where you car was parked. Do not use this business. They do not clean blinds thoroughly (they only used a vacuum), nor did they clean atop kitchen cabinets, and evaded cleaning the garage. Unimpressed with their services and attention to details. Moreover, I had to hire another cleaning team on standby just to clean up what they did not. Terrible service! Paid to have my RV cleaned and they did a half job! I didn't check behind him because I thought he was a professional, I should have been more suspectful with the unmarked white van... but I didn't! Just went out to check the work and the entry way is dirty and they left a huge brown stain Beside the bed. I contacted the person and he said it's because the machine would not fit so it wasn't touched (no small upholstery attachments I guess) even though I paid for the upholstery cleaning, so I know he had an attachment that would have worked. Killeen Steam Clean did our move out clean. They were easy to book and it was great that they are able to do the clean and the carpets as well. We were very happy with the results. Also while he was there he noticed a leak from our washer hookup and called us so we were able to deal with it before it got worse. The only downside for us were that we really needed our receipt same day for our rental company which did not happen. We had to call him twice to get it sent. read more

***** Updated review for most recent experience. 6/14/17- when I originally booked for the move out clean I was told that they guaranteed their work. If my rental company found anything that wasn't cleaned correctly they just had to call Killeen Steam Clean and they would go out and fix it. Well my rental company said the windows, walls, counters, and cabinets were not cleaned properly. They tried to contact the company and never got a call back or anything. So I now have to pay my rental company on top of the $200 I paid this company. DO NOT USE this company. They will screw you and be disrespectful to you. I have used this company in the past and had amazing service, so I decided to book them for my move out cleaning. The gentleman that I had dealt with before (I believe he is also the owner) was the one who showed up. He was very nice at first. I knew I wasn't going to be able to come back when he was finished so I paid and even tipped before hand. He walked around the house and said it should be no problem and should be finished in a few hours. I left, and was all the way across town when he called and very rudely said "there is a cabinet full of cleaning supplies and pots and pans, it's in my way. If I have to clean it out I will charge you $60." It was an honest mistake, we obviously forgot to clean out a few cabinets in the chaos of packing and loading. Ok, I explained to him my boyfriend was on the way and he would take care of it. He then proceeded to very rudely say "I need it out of my way now,otherwise we will leave and won't complete the job." WOW..I guess once this guy gets paid he turns into a complete jerk. He could've started in a different room and waited 5 mins for my boyfriend to get there to clear the stuff from the two cabinets. Moving is already stressful enough and this guy just made the experience that much worse. Before this experience I had actually recommended this company to friends..now I would not. Just another reason why I can't wait to get out of killeen..the people are just rude. Old review: I rent a house in Killeen and the carpet has got to be at least 30 years old(the owner refuses to get rid of it!). I want to make sure everybody knows of the horrible un reasonable customer service this company has, at least the owner. I had an appointment scheduled and that day it ended up the weather was not going to be good for a detail. Then instead of them calling at least the day before knowing the weather would not cooperate they call the morning of and tell me that it would be a week before they could do it next and was not considerate enough to fit me in on the next available day as a courtesy of their neglect and lack of customer service. The worst part was when I called to find out why I was treated the way I was and was not as a courtesy put as the next job to do the owner said he did not want to argue and he told me that he has plenty of customers and he did not need my business. I highly recommend if you don't want to be treated as a second-class customer to find another company for the services that this company provides because obviously customer service doesn't seem to matter to the owner. read more

Gentleman was courteous and early, set the expectations of what he would be doing, performed a thorough job on both my couch and rug, and was out in under two hours. Quality of work was great - our husky pup had an accident all over our suede wrap around couch in our living room. It was really messy ...I will not gross everyone out with the details, just know it was very bad. We scrubbed it but didn't want to sit on it again until it was truly cleaned by a professional.
