Maureen's therapy gets at the WHOLE picture, bringing the body into balance from the inside out. I've tried many alternative and conventional therapies over the years and I've gotten the best results from Maureen's therapy. After an unsuccessful brain surgery, bad reactions to countless prescription drugs & many limiting food allergies. Over the past 2 years I find she has been knowledgeable, skilled, caring, sensitive, patient and inspirational. I have seen lots of improvement in my capabilities and stamina. She pushes exercises to advantage but not to a level of stress and discomfort. She is a very sensitive motivator. She has a deep knowledge of pilates and its various strategies. I truly enjoy working with her. She has been my life line. What's more my daughter, half my age, was motivated to start classes with her.
