Ok here I am years later to write a review after uninstalling the system that I had them do. Everything was crap from the start but I'm reliving my experience after pulling my sounds out to do an upgrade. 1st and foremost they broke my hood release latch. When installing my stereo they broke all the tabs on the cover plate. Instead of using a din mounting kit they just screwed screws everywhere to help mount the din. Everything looked good when I picked my car up but hidden behind the panel was crappy workmanship with wires dancing every which way. I had a set of speaker pods that were factory to the car that they butchered an ultimately wound up putting some cheap looking pods in their place. I highly recommend to babysit them during the install so you'll know you're getting quality. Also I bought brand new amps that were unsealed for my install and they returned them and said they were no good. Upon inspection it looks like they damaged them at that point so I was forced to buy amps that they use just so I could be satisfied. Overall poor experience. Stay away from them. read more

There is a reason why they do a three month warranty!!!!! All about taking your money and giving you shit Service you better pray to God you don't ask for an install. The installers are absolutely horrible. If you don't plan on going back at least once a month for them to fix it I would not use killer sound. They only have a fan base due to the truck club and underground coke business they run in and out of the company. But see I did not know that before coming in, and thought it was a legitimate company. So when I got my system installed, these are the list of problems I had ran into with them. Drilled multiple screws into my cars trunk carpet to hold down my subwoofer enclosure, which did not hold and completely ripped out of the carpet and caused damaged to my subwoofer while driving and to the inside of my trunk. Damaged other plastics in my cars interior during installation, that I had to replace out of pocket. The job takes like 4-5 hours per car and there aren't any appointments. Very expensive system that I was trying to get put in and all down the drain for trusting a shady company that I THOUGHT had some potential. read more

I purchased the Pioneer Bluetooth that's compatible with Apple Play. I worked with Sam. I believe he is the main guy installing system. As a woman I felt intimidated going to their business, however the main owner (boss) was there offering me water. The owner was very welcoming and came into the conversation with Sam & I to make sure I was getting appropriate service. The bath room is decent and clean. And a water filter dispenser is there so I was able to bring my own cup and sit comfortably waiting for my service. I plan on returning to get further upgrades on my car and I would anyone to get service there. Really chill crowd. read more

Really love the work done to my 2010 Escalade. Everything was hooked up nicely, steering wheel controls and full connectivity with new dash nav screen and rear DVD. I spent 3k for 2 scar 15's, amp, dash, and battery, haven't had them for 3 months. Blew the main fuse the first day, they replaced it with a ceramic one which they should've gave me to begin with, then box blew because it was cheap. They made me pay for a new box. Now the speaker cap blows off and they tell me they can't do anything. Their speakers and boxes are cheap and non reliable. I even sent someone to them and their speakers ripped as well, but they replaced his. I highly do not recommend them. They will make it seem like they have good quality stuff so you can spend money when really, all they have is cheap s***. And my steering wheel buttons don't work as well and they said I had to pay more for whatever it was to make it work. All they want is money but can't tend to their customers correctly and professionally. 3k down the drain and all the owner had to say was I shouldn't have got big bass. NO YALL SHOULDN'T HAVE SOLD ME CHEAP STUFF. I've had speakers last years with no issues BUMPING. I barley even put these cheap ones to the test and look what happened. read more

if i can put negative 5 i would I came in with a cracked screen on my 2014 300s looking for a stereo to switch was told i needed a dash kit (500$) and was sold some cheap ass (blaunkpunt) stereo 350$... my sound system sounded great before (beats)... once it was done i had loud ass noise in the speakers cause nothing was plugged in right i came back i was sold some cheap speakers on top of that USED (200$) they recommended to get car sounded like shit speakers blew out withing a couple months total they charged me around 1,600 for some bs job.... and cheap material.... i had to take my car to another place so that things were done right.... they over price for the bad work they do ! i dont recommend this place but if you want to get ripped off and have a bad job thats the place to go theyll talk to you nice make you think they doing you right whole time they finding ways to take as much money as they can. read more

My husband took my car to help get new speakers, Amp, and sub for my birthday present. The moment he brought the car home and I heard it there was a high pitch static noise coming from the front left speaker which was unbearable to listen to. And they broke one of the small covers of my car trying to get to my speaker. We took it back the next day to get it fixed, the guys were so rude telling my husband they couldn't hear it so there wasn't a problem. The guy said he would try something but all he did was turn the front left speaker off. My husband got mad and said is there someone else that could help him, he said sure and walked away. No one came back to help him or address the issue. We told them remove everything, we don't want it they said no sorry we don't do refunds. So I'm stuck with a crap system now and now I have to spend a bunch of money somewhere else who told me that this place uses cheap bad wiring. I wish we never ever got it done to be honest, we will never recommend this place to anyone and I feel bad for their customers getting ripped off for crap product. read more

Once again i wish there was a negative star rating. I bought a truck from fairway Chevrolet then 1 month later brought it in to do simple modifications. A new stereo. A backup camera. And a Remote start. The first day i paid 2 thousand that was the middle of march. So it was not done correctly. From blinker sounds not working too the controls not working on the stereo. I told them i wanted to be able to hook up my sirius radio and have navigation in it, it had neither. I had to order the part from amazon for the sirius radio bring it in there for them to mess it up again they left a hole in my roof nowmind you i just bought this truck. Theyhard wired it to a fuse so it killed my battery. Then they drilled a hole through my license plate which is a federal offense, to put the backup camera in. I was so mad i finally after 3 months of there crap, brought it to audio excellence in henderson and had to pay another 1000 just to fix there mess ups. And they did a great job there. I do not know how these people are still in buisness. Im assuming its there friends posting nice things about them on here because noone there knows what is what. I really wonder if there shop is a front for something illegal. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!!! read more

THIS HAD TO BE THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER BEEN IN. So to start I already had my system hooked up but my factory amp went out and no sound was coming out. So I came to killer sound to see what they could do. (NIGHTMARE) first I was way over charged all Sam did was bypass the factory amp and installed a new one. The amp was $129 and the labor was $640. I would've paid $640 for the amp and $129 for the quality of work that was done. So after it was done and I went home a couple days later I started to hear engine noise. So of course I took it back. Again Sam said he'd look at it. He told me he was gonna change out the amp and see if that works. As I'm sitting there as people walked up he easily got distracted and forgot where he left off. So when my car was done we played it for a little then I went home. Maybe a week later that same engine noise came back but it was louder than before so bad that I had to disconnect everything. So by this time I'm pissed. I bring it back again Sam wasn't there I guess it was the owners son. When I pulled down my seat I saw the amp that was put in and that's not the amp I purchased. That amp wasn't even sold there. They looked at me like I was crazy. On top of that my base knob was stolen from my other amp wires were all over the place it was a hot mess. So after everything was said and done which I thought another guy said to come back and he would fix it for me. ( I sure didn't want them touching it again ) but I gave it one more try. So ok he did a little better job but now I'm finding things missing like my plug for the fire wall. So not only do they over charge you but they take things that don't belong to them. I will never in a million years go back or refer friends to. They should be shut down. Please think twice before letting them do your car.THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE. My mother in law was recently diagnosed with a second kind of cancer just days before getting her kidney removed after battling that cancer for years. To the owner at killer sound I am very disappointed with all that has happened I went to your store spent $2,000 to get stereo speaker and amps installed . 4/23/21 Got all installed in about 5 hours I was very happy how it sounded.as I was driving home I realize that the Bluetooth did not work ...I live 70 miles out of town ...then was going thru setting and realized that the speakers were all hook up in rear. I 4/24/21. I came back to store from 4:30 and waited for 2 hours before any one would look at my stereo ..i thought it would be a easy fix .One of the install tech said he has to pull out stereo to try to fix it but it was to late so he told me to come back monday.... 4/26/21 back to stereo shop had stereo pulled out and hooked up the speakers the wrong way.The front speakers got hooked up to sub ...and blue tooth still dose not work ...got told to bring back tuesday to switch out stereo .... 4/27/21 back to stereo shop and was told that I have to come back aging to get stereo installed...... 5/1/21 back to stereo shop for them to switch out stereo drop truck off it took 4 hours to switch out . got in truck and then android auto will not work and the radio is not hooked up ... ...i was told by install guys that I messed with setting and blowing speakers up ..Im not the one that put front speakers on sub your install people did that ....My stereo is still messed up ... So what now. Please help me with this in very unhappy about every thing ..i will be back in 3 weeks to talk to you ..... will update post and star review rating if the truck ever is hooked up the way it's supposed to be read more

Sold me a China knock off box. Made my new truck sound worse then when I came in. Guessed on wiring and cut wires that didn't need to be cut. I had to go to a different shop and have my whole system redone. Wouldn't let me return box. Overall terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. read more
