Took in my car, . Lou the owner talked a good game , I knew i was paying a little more but he promised a great job. There was a Rattle in front and my back up camera was facing way up. I brought it back, they told me to come back another day. The fourth time i went back. Lou pushed the camera down with his hand as much as he could and he said that was the best it would do. They said they couldn't do anything about rattle. I went home and noticed it took a small wrench which i had to adjust the camera, which i did in about five minutes. The power to radio stopped working, I took car back and Lou got really upset and told me to come back another time. after going back a couple times i took it somewhere else and they took care of problem. What is terrible is when you have zero customers in the store. Literally dead. But yet the employee can't get off his phone to politely answer some questions. Came back and was completely satisfy with the work except the back piece above the backseats of my car was broken and when nicely talked about the situation, wanting it to be fixed, they did nothing but deny they had to do anything with that and even rudely tried giving us money back, we of course did not take any of it back. Never never never go to this place if you need anything especially alarm system ... Worst customer service!! I got my alarm system installed from them with a one year warranty.. Only a few months later the kill switch on the alarm system stopped engaging. I brought my car back to this place a few times to have them fix it since i have warranty but they kept telling me all kinds of crap and excuses so that they won't have to fix/replace it. I have had numerous positive experiences with Luis, the owner, and the business in general. True, the decor is not the best and you have to be prepared to wait. I always call the business to see how busy they are before I head down. 1. Started with getting 4 JL audio speakers and a head deck (JVC Chameleon) 4 years ago on my Ford Harley edition truck. He gave me a good deal on the deck, installed it right away with no issues. 2. About a year ago, I noticed the handlebar audio controls going out (intermittently working) on my 06 Harley Street Glide. I tried getting seen by several stereo stores but couldn't get an appointment without waiting forever. I thought it might need a new steering wheel control interface. I took it to Luis to possibly replace. It turned out it was just loose wires for the interface. It's been working fine since. He could of lied and charged me for a new one but didn't. $30 to fix it, very reasonable considering I was planning on buying a new one. 3. About a month ago, I had him put in a pair of JL Audio 6x9s in the 06 Harley Street Glide (1 in each saddlebag) and a Diamond Amp in the fairing. He charged me a reasonable price for the speakers and he warrantied the speakers for a year. He charged me a good price for the fabrication and he ported the saddlebags on the inside pointing towards the rear wheel for the sound to escape. It looked professional and sounds excellent. The only hiccup was I was eager to pick the bike up and rushed him. His installer forgot to put the fairing screws on the bottom and the seal on the fairing wasn't flush. When I got home, I made a quick adjustment and fixed the seal. I noticed it was missing two bottom screws. I called him and told him about it and he asked me to bring it in. He went to the Harley store down the street, he brought new screws and installed them right away without complaint. This store is legit and I now consider it my car stereo store. read more

I arrived and explained my situation and it was a fuse that had blown. Not pnly did he replace it but gave me a great deal on the replacement part. Customer service is not good what so ever. I been to this shop twice each time there are 2 guys in there just watching low rider shows on you tube. They never great you. I went to the shop after making an appointment told them what i needed done. I get to the shop and they tell me they cant tun JL audio amp they dont have the software and they cant get it because jl is down right now lol. first of all why sell Jl audio if you really dont know their product. second the new jl amps have software that you just down load to your laptop or phone and you tune from there. nobody is never in this shop now I see why. read more

I shopped around, and felt these guys were my best bet for installing a sub, amp, and 2 channel dash cam system on my 14' BMW. They gave me a very reasonable price, and seemed more knowledgeable than their competitors. The installation of the 2 channel dash cam was very difficult, but they were able to work around BMW's built in battery discharge protection, without messing anything up.
