We hired Kilpatrick nursery to upgrade our landscaping. We've been in our home over 16 years and we had a lot of issues that needed to be addressed (tree/root overgrowth, flooding in the yard, visually unappealing). My husband worked directly with Jennifer. She was knowledgeable, kind, respectful and thorough. Once a plan was made they recommended other contractors to cut down the oak tree and extend our retaining wall, and repair our irrigation system. All three were excellent. The crew from the nursery came one day to take out all the old bushes (they worked very hard) then came back the next day to work their magic! By the end of the day, our yard was incredible! Another landscaper working across the street asked to take pictures he was so impressed! Their prices were very reasonable and their designs, plants and landscaping mulch and rocks were beautiful! We have used this company for years and they have never failed to deliver. We had a huge project of removing some 25 year old bushes in our yard and Fernando and is helper worked non stop for 9 hours with only a quick break for lunch and didn't leave here until dark to get the job done. Never have I ever seen two men work as hard as they did to get the job done all by keeping friendly updates. I cannot say enough good things about them. We needed new plants to replace the older 25 foot hedge, and had been looking at various nursery's' for some time. Kilpatrick's had the boxwoods we liked, added their delivery and planting services, and set the date The men from Kilpatrick's arrived on time, measured out with care the location for the plants, carefully sought our input about specific spacing, various location options and were engaged to confirm they had the right location and the look we wanted. They proceeded to did the holes to the right depth and diameter, took care removing the plants from the 7gallion pots, filled the holes with quality garden soil and provided care and watering instructions. Today I got out of work early and thought I would head to kilpatricks nursery and trees to see what they have. I have been spending hours at the big box stores looking for ideas for the front of my home without any success. At those stores most of my questions were answered with "I don't know much about plants" Today I was greeted by a wonderful young man named JERRY who looked at my pictures and helped me pick out what I needed. He offered design advice, color and placement and set up the plants to show me how he recommended placing them. I had been stressing about his because I am not a natural and have planted and moved plants and replanted so many times in my previous homes. I left there so happy and thankful! I live about a mile from this nursery and love to walk around and look at all the beautiful trees and flowers they have. The staff is very friendly and helpful and helped me select the best trees for my yard, by looking at the pictures I brought of the space I needed to fill. The first time I visited, they asked if I could bring pictures of the space to help them picture it. Very knowledgeable and appreciative of their customers. Would highly recommend! read more

I purchased several large trees from Kilpatrick's last spring. I was told that since they installed the trees there is a one year warranty and if the tree(s) died they would be replaced. Immediately one of the trees showed signs of damage and began dying. I have reached out to this business numerous times and have gotten nothing but excuses and delays for why they can't replace the dead tree. read more
