As previous reviewers have stated, it is nearly impossible to cancel your membership. When you call the location to cancel, you are given an email address. Despite emailing the right address for months, I never received a response. Each time I tried to call to follow-up on my request, I was given the same email address to contact. It was incredibly frustrating. Despite repeated emails and phone calls, Title continued to charge me monthly. I finally had to file a dispute with my card company to rectify the situation since Title egregiously dropped the ball. I'm frustrated and a little upset with Title. I enjoyed working out there but trying to cancel my membership has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would never recommend Title to friends or family, and I will never consider signing up for a membership with the company again.

Not the case here. I can't get enough of boxing and this gym has a lot to do with it. The trainers are all invested in your progress and all the classes have been nothing short of a demanding workout that's fun and upbeat. This workout will kick your ass, but you'll be coming back for more. First class will be confusing with all the boxing lingo and you'll second guess yourself on whether you're able to keep up. It will come to you after a couple of classes, just be patient =). With the first month being $59 for an unlimited month of classes, I don't see why you wouldn't give it a try. This place is amazing - whether you're a seasoned boxer or never boxed in your life. Peter is a great teacher and so is everyone else who instructs any of the classes. The community of people who train here are very supportive. This gym doesn't feel like an establishment that is trying to just make money. Peter genuinely cares about your progress and your growth as a fighter. Everyone is always trying to help you get better and stronger. I was new to her class that day, but I've taken Step classes at other gyms for years. She is very intense and after noticing that I made a few mistakes on her steps only 15 minutes into the class, she walked over, told me "STOP STOP STOP", and ripped the risers out from under me. I was so offended. If you want new clients to continue taking your classes, you need to ENCOURAGE them at the level that THEY believe is right for them. You as the instructor do not determine that. She was constantly shouting and gave ZERO alternative steps for beginners. You either picked it up or she kept yelling. It was a great workout because she was so intense and that's why I rated the class two stars, but if you are a beginner, you will feel so discouraged with her. I recommend taking someone else's class.

My friend and I decided to try Title Boxing to see if it was something we wanted to sign up for…read more The first class was free, this gave us an idea if it's was for us. Upon arrival the staff was really nice and friendly. The young lady at the desk offered me hand wraps and asked which color I would like. Picked the color I wanted and got ready for the class. The class was a good class, because I was able to burn a lot of calories. At the end of class the instructor asked my friend and I to stop at the front desk to ask us about our experience. After we gathered our things, we stopped by the front desk, and had it in our mind to sign up for more classes. As we got to the front desk the instructor said your hand wraps are $10. I didn't appreciate being told the wraps were a fee after class was over. I should have been told that when they were offered to me. The $10 fee is not the problem, the problem is not being told about it until the end of class . I felt the was being deceitful. When I addressed it with the instructor, I felt like my concern was being brushed off. I went home thought if I wanted to still sign up for classes, I were going to after my friend and I discussed it. I changed my mind after receiving a call from the gym. They asked how was class, I said it was good. But I address my concern again in reference to the wraps, and I felt like it was being brushed off again. I work in customer service and I know how customers should be treated. All they had to do was address my concern head on and let the staff know that they should make sure that they let customers know if they have to pay a fee for items or not, and it shouldn't be told after you give someone something. My mind is made up know I will not be attending anymore.
