The setting is very calm despite being at a busy corner of West Stadium. There were a few other people in the spa at the same time, but not so many that it felt intrusive or crowded. My experience started with a massage. It was relaxing but not up there with the best massages I've gotten around town. Next came the infrared sauna, which was probably my favorite part. With relaxing music and heat all around, I was able to zone out and enjoy myself. The float pool was next. I liked the waterproof headphones to listen to zen music as I floated, but the air temperature kept the parts of my body that were above water pretty chilly. I ended up cutting that part short as a result. Overall it was a good experience. I wish their parking were better marked (I parked in a lot to the left of the building as you're looking at it from the front). I also felt like the scheduling process was a little informal and unprofessional. I called and instead of returning my call, I got a text message back with informal grammar "Texting u from Bloom wellness" - it came off as sloppy.

I ended up paying $219, instead of the $158 that was advertised. Upon asking the manager about this situation, she said that the packages listed on the back of the brochure are only "suggestions". I said, if that were the case, why do you print a price for those services? If you are just offering "suggestions" there shouldn't be any price listed next to the suggested package. The manager had no answer for this, but I proceeded to tell her that that was very misleading and unethical. She has since not returned my calls. I guess this is an expensive lesson.
