I'm helping out a longtime friend who had recent eye surgery and away from my home base...been two months since I had my hair cut & styled. I called Bella Rae Salon and described my situation and asked if she could recommend someone at their salon could help me out with a good layered haircut & style. She suggested if I could get to the salon in 30 minutes, one of the stylists, named Mary, could see me then...I said O.K., I'll be there in 30 minutes. Mary was a very convivial young lady and for a first time cut, she performed an excellent cut & style, just by looking at a photo of what I was looking for. I wish I could recommend Bella Rae. It looked like a place I'd like to get a pedicure. The website says they offer pedicures. The options when I called offered several nail techs. I called 3 times on Tuesday, morning, late morning and late afternoon. Left messages requesting an appointment, leaving my phone number. No return call. I emailed Tuesday evening. I called again Wednesday using three different extensions offered. Still no return call. Is there a problem with their voicemail? read more

Every time I go into this salon I feel like I'm with old friends, everyone is so friendly! Shannon has been doing my eyelashes for over a year and she always does them exactly the way I like them. I don't even wear makeup anymore because these lashes make it so I just get up and go! And let me tell you, these are high quality lashes and high quality service by Shannon! These lashes have made it through cedar point and jet skis without any issues! My family also goes for many different services there and always come out happy. Go check them out! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Sheri is the WORST hair dresser I've ever met in my life. I asked for blonde/golden highlights all over (even provided multiple pictures). While the bleach was sitting in my hair, she checked it and goes "OMG we need to wash this out now!!" And drags us over to the bowl and rips the foil out of my hair- so I already knew she messed up and it would be lighter than I wanted. When I saw myself in the mirror I saw she gave me bright bleached roots. I told her this isn't what I wanted and she said "ok this stuff should darken it" we wash again and come back and this time my roots are bright orange. I'm frustrated now and getting upset and just tell her to dye it back all brown. She's giving me attitude this whole time and gaslighting me saying "that's what the picture looks like" unless she is blind or just straight up dumb- it didn't look anything like it. She is VERY rough- washing, brushing (omg the brushing my wet hair was HORRIBLE I could hear the ripping) and blow drying- I lost about 25-50% of my already fine hair. And to top it all off after me being there for 4 hours and upset each time she tries to charge me full price for the most traumatic hair experience of my life. I refused to pay full price and I don't feel bad about not tipping her either. The whole time she was talking about how her own daughter wouldn't let her touch her hair and I can clearly see now why. WORST hairdresser and WORST experience of my life. I would recommend avoiding this place as a whole but if you do go do NOT go to Sheri. read more

This is the worst salon ever Shannon is the lady that did my hair I showed her a picture. Of a balayage and she said she can do the exact same thing. Than she messed up my hair with tons of colors and I asked her if my hair turned out like the picture and she just said:" once I toned it" do she went and put another layer of color that didn't change anything just in a bad way. read more
