I had No appointment (I did arrive 30 minutes after they opened) & was seated immediately. Peter is a hoot while he meticioulsy handled my nails with care. & his wittiness was enjoyable. The basic manicure felt like a spa manicure. Got a pedicure here about 2 weeks ago. Went to another salon today and most of my toe nails are black with fungus this has never happened before and the salon today said I definitely got a fungus from dirty tools. They also cut me up and burned me a couple of times. I'd stay away unfortunately. read more

This was my first time going to this salon and I will not be going back. The staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. The place is dirty. I kept showing the technician what I wanted and my nails turned out nothing like the picture. My nails are thick and short. I asked for tips and she did not apply them correctly. There is a gap between my nail and the tip. I was in the salon for 3.5 hours. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I have been a customer for a few years now. I go with Tina and she's great I recommend that you make an appointment prior to going in, since they are always so busy. Calvin is awesome as well! He's pretty good with the very long and trendy nails. I do notice that when I wash a lot of dishes or have my hands in water frequently, it shortens my nail life span. Overall, my nails grow fast with the dip powder. The dip powder is much much better than the gel. Anyway, I hope you guys have a great experience like I have all these years. So the reviews on this place seemed somewhat positive which is why I decided to come here. I came in for a gel polish removal and gel polish fill on my trip out to Phoenix. The guy that did my nails completely ruined them. He filed/sanded them down so thin that they didn't last 2 days without them breaking and splitting resulting in me having to trim my nails down. Everytime I told him that the dremel was too hot he ignored me. My nails are so thin and frail now and I'm going to have to let them heal for months before I can get them done again. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

I gave this place a 1 star because I went in there today at 5:20pm to get a mani and a pedi. Was going to be my first time. I normally go in chandler but this place is a lot closer to my house. When I googled what time they stay open til it said 7pm. On here it's 7pm. They had a old sticker on the door that said 7pm. There is no where that said they will be closing at 6pm. They told me they will only be able to do one thing not the other since they close at 6pm. When I asked them if they close at 7pm. They didn't answer me. I was greeted by Jenny who then did my full set, she did such a great job she even suggested a color to go under my glitter polish to really make it pop. I really want to like this place. The people are nice and shop is clean. I've been here twice. I had pink and white tips with gel the first time and it came out great. This last time I had a pale pink gel and it's awful. The area around most of my cuticles is uneven and messy looking. Maybe it's the technician I had since I see other very positive reviews So I guess if you're not getting pink and white tips or a French manicure, you might want to reconsider going here. Today we decided to treat ourselves to a pedi after a rough past couple of weeks. I've been here before a few times prior to covid and have always spent no less than $150 as I usually bring 1 or 2 other family members with me and was always very satisfied with the services and customer service until today. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and to people who truly want you to leave feeling relaxed and satisfied with what they have paid for. I have more but will provide a few negatives and positives. Upon arriving, a customer had a child with her who had a mask on her chin and was eating something from Starbucks and was not within 6 feet of us and standing inches away from another customer getting her nails done. The mother or the employees did not ask her to put her mask on. The pen and the stylus were also never wiped after each use or the counter. When I sat in the massage chair I had to take my feet out of the water due to it being so hot and another employee saw and changed the temperature. One of the women there did not speak English and it was hard to understand her and it was a bit frustrating having to repeat ourselves so many times as she did not seem to understand us. At one point a man who was doing my pedi had acted as an interpreter. We paid for the Hawaian pedi and did not receive what we wanted . They ran out of 2 different products so we had to settle for different products. We had a choice between paraffin wax or callous remover and all 3 of us chose paraffin wax( which we had to repeat 3x to the woman) and only 1 of us got it. When I asked about mine and my husband's when they started putting our shoes on , the lady who didn't speak English all of a sudden turns around and says oh you want paraffin wax now ? That is $6.00 more. Wow! Are you kidding me after I specifically repeated myself multiple times!! Also, this same woman who did not supposedly speak English also did not inform us that the gel polish was an additional $13 each as I thought it was part of the Hawaiian pedi we chose as she asked us to pick our color out of a book she handed us that was not wiped down before or after giving it to me and giving it to another customer after the 3 of us had just handled. Not sure if it is the landlord or each business owners responsibility but the republic services trash bin has trash that looks like it hasn't been picked up for a few days and overflowing outside and around the bins. That is definitely a department of health issue. The positive is my toes did come out nice however I value the way we are treated just as high as the services provided. After spending $164 you would think that because of this woman not understanding that we want paraffin wax they would say sorry and let's fix it and give it to you to avoid a negative review on Yelp. I guess they don't care . Hopefully this helps someone make an educated decision before taking their business there. Customer service is one thing but this business room is so small that I'm praying we did not pick up covid from there. If I do I know where I got it. read more

I'm so disappointed! I wanted a cute heart design for vday and ended up with super sloppy hearts on my nails. They're black too so my nails just look dirty. Upset that I paid 40 for this a service and also that the nail tech thought this was okay. No matter who does my nails or pedicure, I'm always happy with the work they do. I usually just get a gel manicure with a neutral color (due to my job I have to have natural looking nails) and a basic pedicure. Their prices are reasonable and they do a good job. I found my local nail salon! I was in total need of an overdue gel mani. This was on my way home from work. I arrived within a hour of them closing and got sat down right away. Other places and even the place I usually go to would not have taken me in. I got a young gentleman who is absolutely amazing. I wish I caught his name. He made sure I was happy with the shape. He used clean tools and did a great job on my gel mani. I'll be going to this salon moving forward. My daughter and I went to get pedicures. The lady that did hers was very attentive and did an amazing job, so much so, that I asked her to paint and cut her nails. On the other hand, the man that did my pedicure was totally whack. I didn't receive a good buffing or filing nor did he bother to clean up the nail polish that was all over my toes. He then got up and said "you're done". That's it. He was extremely disengaged, on his phone more than he was taking care of my feet. It was a rushed and poor job, not to mention, he was less than professional. I will only go back if I am given another technician, which is sad that I have to do that. read more

I had the best dip manicure ever here! They are so professional and abide by covid guidelines (appointments only) but my mom and I called and they were able to accommodate us within 15 minutes of calling. They did an impeccable job with trimming the cuticles and didn't make me bleed (all previous nail studios have bc my cuticles are monsters) and the manicure itself is outstanding!
