The other person took the phone and said,"How can I help you?" I told her I wanted to cancel my appt on Monday at 10:30 and she said ok. I said ok, bye. I've never been to a holistic provider or had acupuncture. I was called to action by the offer of a free consultation to make sure I was comfortable with the practitioner and the setting.
