    Another amazing service with my vehicle today. I recently had my shocks replaced, and the a few of…read morethe studs the lugs screw onto broke during the service. I decided to replace them when I got a set of 4 new tires for the car. I have never bought tires from a dealer before. You would think the prices would be crazy compared to local tire shops, or even walmart. Was not the case at all. Due to the special this dealership was running, I only had to pay for 3. Around $950. The local tire shops were all quoting over $1,200 for a set of these 4 tires (Continental 235/50R17). So I decided to get them from Con Paulos. Was a great decision. The techs replaced all of the studs and lug nuts as requested (for my personal safety standards), as well as all 4 tire sensors. I was given a heads up it was wise to replace all 4 even though I only planned to replace the one having issues. It was much cheaper to do now while the wheels were already off the car. This saved me some money in the future. Extremely satisfied with the service at this dealership. It is so rare that even if you have to drive further, go to Con Paulos. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. They even hand washed my car, and it was filthy from just returning from a camping trip the day before. I have had terrible service at so many other dealerships trying to "take me for a ride" financially. Con Paulos does not do this, and deserves special recognition for the honest business practices and extra mile service. Does service get any better than this anywhere? I don't think so!

We were in town again and had a flat tire. Of course, we came to Young Chrysler and were met by Service Representative Madison. Even though she was short staffed she managed to find the time to get our tire fixed under one hour. And she did not charge us for the service. First time this has ever happened to us. We came back a few days later for routine maintenance. Of course Madison greeted us. Madison and the staff at this dealership know how to provide a positive customer experience. Below is a review that I gave in July 2016. It is now January 2018 and the service we received continues to be excellent. They deserve five stars since their service department continues to provide excellent consistent service. We are visiting again today on January 8, 2018 - we traveled to Rupert from Minnesota to visit family and had our Dodge Ram truck serviced. Randy Terry and the service staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous just as they were over 2 1/2 years ago. Keep up the excellent work. July 2016 Review: The service department is excellent!! We were from out of town on vacation and needed an oil change and a check up on our Chrysler Town and Country. We called the service department and got an appointment the very next morning. We were impressed by the speed of their service and attention to details. The service manager Randy Terry was very helpful, friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond with additional service without charge (i.e. installed our front license plate and checked our brakes and A/C at our request). This is the third time we have been to this dealership for service because of their outstanding service department.

    Purchased a New truck, told the group I was not interested in a bunch of extra sales crap,…read morewarranties, etc, took delivery of the truck and received a flash drive with all the paperwork which I didn't have immediate access to, when signing paperwork it was rushed and finance kept his hand over the paper so I couldn't see everything I was agreeing to, had several distractions during this process, I asked if there was a tracking unit installed on the truck and was told no, I found one under the dash. Also they said they could refinance my other vehicle so I said great, once I was able to view that paperwork and the truck, I found out they had added all types of extras at the tune of about $12,000. Also seen the vehicle had not been refinanced but purchased and resold to me at a higher rate and a higher payment. Long Story short, had to get rid of the other vehicle due to the cost difference, and now they expect me to pay more money on the truck I picked up! This dealership is Shady AF and shouldn't be aloud to operate as a business anywhere! Now it's non stop harassment from this dealership and their legal team! Worst experience ever! Good Christians in business to screw Thy Neighbor!

    ALTERNATOR LEFT ME NO ALTERNATIVE I was on my way back home…read moreto WA on my road trip to Arizona on May 16, 2023, when the battery light came on in my truck. So I asked Siri on my iPhone to take me to the nearest Ford dealer. She took me to Goode Ford in Burley ID. Nick was my advisor. This was about in the middle of the day. Turns out I needed a new alternator, which was no surprise. I also had them replace the serpentine belt. They were able to complete the job on such short notice by the end of the day, though not with original Ford parts. But Nick did advise me of this and I did OK the use of aftermarket parts. AFTER 1 1/2 YEARS, AFTERMARKET ALTERNATOR + SERPENTINE S'ALLRIGH' The final bill was $943.53(BTW, they accept credit cards, but not MobilePay) as Nick told me that it was difficult to get underneath there to remove the old alternator and put the new one in. I felt OK about it, especially since I consulted a mechanically inclined friend of mine on my phone while in the waiting room. I'm sure an independent mechanic would not have charged as much. But then if my replacement alternator were to go out, I could take it to my nearest Ford dealer to get it corrected, instead of having to go all the way back to Burley Idaho. MY "TRUST ISSUE" A BUST? OR JUST? While we were talking about the final estimate of repairs, and while they were still working on my truck, I politely mentioned to the effect that I was from out of state and therefore was at their mercy re: final cost, as I was not yet comfortable with their final cost estimate. Nick politely replied that I have "trust issues," despite my mentioning that I was from out of state. This left a little something to be desired. Instead, a statement of understanding my out-of-state situation and an attempt at words that would comfortably justify the final cost in my mind would have been in order. I say this especially since I later noticed after I got it back, that the receipt showed there was road test mileage, even though the vehicle actually had fewer miles on it after I got it back than what was recorded on the "mileage out" on the receipt! (see photo) I did not however bring this up to Nick after the fact, but instead just assumed that they estimated it and went on my way. NO ALTERNATIVE UNIVERSE NECESSARY SINCE NEW ALTERNATOR STILL OK Nevertheless, because of Nick's calm carriage, (vs a demonic demeanor) and because they were able to get my vehicle out that day, and because a year and a half later, all is well with the replacement parts. I'd give this place 3 1/2 stars if I could, and would take it there again if I had to do it over again.

    Avoid Goode Motors in Burley - Dishonest & Deceitful on My Idaho-to-Nevada 2018 F-150 Limited…read moreI bought a 2018 Ford F-150 Limited (109k+ miles) from Goode Motor Ford in July 2025 for delivery to Nevada. Sold as-is with only a 3-month/3k-mile goodwill warranty. They completely screwed up the titling process on this cross-state purchase, causing major delays in legally driving the vehicle. I had to get the Nevada temporary permit myself. They admitted they don't respond to the state's requests until the customer complains. Communication was terrible -- they didn't help at all and rarely responded in a timely manner. In October 2025 (while goodwill coverage was active), I reported cold-start/power loss and downshifting after putting on only about 300 miles. They dismissed it as "how all Fords run" and did nothing. The transmission failed completely shortly after. They offered only $1,000 goodwill but demanded I sign a full release. I refused! Strong Warning: Do NOT buy from Goode Motors. They are dishonest and deceitful. They botch paperwork on out-of-state deals, provide terrible communication, dismiss real mechanical issues, and offer almost nothing when big problems arise. Save yourself the headache and money -- go somewhere else. I will never buy from them again. Date: July 2025 - March 2026 Vehicle: 2018 Ford F-150 Limited
