Absolutely blown away. I first worked with Alicia a few years ago when she took holiday photos of my family of 5. I have three boys and a husband all of whom don't have a whole lot of interest in adorable family photos that will forever memorialize these cherished moments in our lives :). This was the first time that I'd used a real photographer instead of the chain folks in a strip mall. Holy smokes, you guys, I had no idea that my family could look so adorable. It was like we stepped out of a J.Crew catalog but just slightly less preppy. My youngest son then later participated in a Santa session with Alicia. At the risk of sounding like a cornball, it was MAGICAL. He was right on the cusp of no longer 'believing' and Santa made it very clear to my little guy that Christmas magic was legit and that he'd darn well better listen to his parents if he wanted to have any hope of stuffed stockings. Santa's workshop was beautiful and Santa himself was a very handsome, very real chap. My most recent Alicia experience was with my oldest son's senior photos. He absolutely loved the shoot and said he felt like a model. First of all, the idea that my baby will be graduating high school had already put me in a reminiscent mood. When I saw the final photos, goodness gracious...I lost it. My freckle-faced, chubby-cheeked baby looked so handsome and so grown-up. Alicia and her fellow photographers do an amazing job!! Their studio is clean, beautiful, and exhibits both their artwork and a plethora of different products they can offer with your photographs. Shooting with Alicia's Photography is a truly enjoyable experience - she and her staff are so encouraging, positive, and personable. Alicia has an incredible eye and captures great moments. My family and I have used her for several events over the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. One of these events was my engagement photo shoot, which I practically had to drag my fiance to because he is never happy with pictures of himself. He was incredibly uncomfortable and nervous, but Alicia's comforting and optimistic demeanor put him at ease. Within moments of meeting her, he told me that he felt better because "she really knows what she's doing," and by the end of our session, he told me, "Ok, I'm excited to see these, I think they're going to be really good." And they were fantastic!! It's not only Alicia's skill that keeps clients coming back, it is the way that she makes her clients, even the most resistant ones (haha), feel comfortable and confident. I purchased a $200 week day photography session as a gift for a pregnant friend. I was led to believe this included the files on a disk as well. After the baby was born, my friend was told her session required a minimum $350 investment on her part in order to obtain the files (only 5 files) for her use. To receive all files would have cost her $500. Since this was an honest misunderstanding, I tried to call Alicias to get a portion of money back. I explained that I wouldn't have purchased a gift for a friend that required them to nearly double my investment. They refused to work with me or admit that what they sold me was mis-leading (after admitting it to my friend in her meeting with them). They claimed that meeting with my friend was money spent on their part, but would not put a value on that meeting to deduct from my $200 investment, which I was happy to compromise on. I am dissapointed and hurt, to say the least. Not only am I out $200-Alicia's had to do no work to accomodate my friend. I have no doubt that their qulaity of work is incredible, I simply would not recommend ever purchasing a session as a gift for a friend. read more

I would highly recommend Alicia's photography! I have two boys and it can be very challenging to photograph the two of them together. Alicia had a wonderful way with my boys and she was able to capture many great shots while making it look easy. My boys loved her warm personality and gentle encouragement as she snapped away. Alicia, you are truly one of the Greatest Photographers ever. I do apologize for the scene my youngest caused that day. You and your staff were so patient and helpful to us. You really are an artist behind the lens suggesting various poses. However the end result is what prompted me to write this review. The photos look majestic even nonpareil. We have not taken family portraits for awhile, so my children were not looking forward to it. Alicia was absolutely amazing! My children are older, and she put them at ease making our session a great experience. She suggested a beautiful time of day and the pictures I have seen so far are fantastic. Alicia took beautiful photos of our 10 month old daughter in a "cake smash" session. The session was so fun and creative, with adorable props and options. Alicia was wonderful with my daughter, coaxing smiles and giggles, and making us feel very welcome and at home. We recently took our newborn to Alicia's for her pictures. It was a wonderful experience! Alicia and her assistants were professional, experienced, and so pleasant to work with.
