If u go to Kim to have permanent make up you need to know that you are not going to get any positive result for first or second or third time, bc it's not about what u are going to get, it's about how much money she is going to get from your constant visit. She does not finish from the bogging what she draw and promised, bs she wants u to be back and pay again and again. Kim white is the absolute worst! I wouldn't even give one star to this lady ! From her work to how she does business! Literally the most uncaring human being I have ever dealt with in my life! Let's start by saying when I first went in to have my eyebrows done ( Microbladed ) she drew these eyebrows on my face to give me an idea she said it wouldn't be this big it just "appeared" this way because of the black pencil.. I did ask her to change them a little because hello their stuck on my face I was very nice with her, she acted very annoyed and irritated and proceeded to tell me "that no one else does this" and that "she normally wouldn't do clients like me" I should have trusted my gut and left but I decided to proceed... she did them and one was way higher than the other .. way bigger than expected and just horrible looking! She said " they will fade and heal different" so I tried to trust it and gave her a 50 dollar tip just because I am always a big tipper! Weeks passed by and they got even worse .. everyone told me how they don't go with my face and what a horrible job she did! I then started balling everyday until I finally called her back crying asking ways that I could possibly fade them off... her response while I was crying was " See this is exactly why I don't like doing clients like u" saddened and upset I couldn't even respond! She told me " go do laser treatments or something although it will probably cause scarring" we ended the conversation and I stayed horrified about my brows... a week later she called me and left a message saying to give her a call, so I did 20 minutes after missing the call! I texted and called her for a week straight with absolutely no response! I finally messaged her saying pls pls call me the person that will be trying to remove my eyebrows needed to know what kind of ink she used .. she literally texted me one word after days of trying to call her back, with the response of "permablend" I then asked her what she called for and she told me " she needed a model for brow removal " I got excited and told her that I'd definately take her up on that offer confused as to why she didn't mentioned she did this when I called her crying! Her response to that was " sorry don't need one anymore" then quit responding to any other messages! I finally had it up to the top with this lady and went off telling her how rude it is to blow off unhappy clients and not try and help and how upset with her I am .. she responded with " wow I'm floored at how rude u are" Like is she even serious .. u won't help me even though u do removals... u ignore calls and texts for weeks at a time u tell me u needed a model and now just don't need one and can't answer questions I have for u but I'm the rude one!! Wooow this lady is something else! I then said " u know what u can have the 300 I paid for my eyebrows but I at least want my 50 dollar tip back and she said " sorry no refunds, I said I didn't ask for a refund I asked for my tip back that I don't feel u deserve, she then said " I said no refunds" I told her I would yelp her in hopes that no one would have to deal with her the way I did! And she says, " oh but if I gave u back the 50 u wouldn't give me a bad review with a literal lol at the end!!!!!! Like wth! She is horrible at her job uncaring doesn't answer questions or her phone and is terrible and rude to her clients! She should not be in this business and I'm sending this to all who want to know about her because I wouldn't wish this lady on my worst enemy! Just terrible! read more

I was so nervous. I had tattoos but after researching permanent makeup reviews I was nervous it would be awful .. Kim was amazing.. She listened to me and made sure I was informed. She thoroughly numbed me prior to starting and she kept me pain free throughout the procedures (I got top and bottom eyeliner, full lips and lip liner). I first met Kim White when she trained me in Beverly Hills for eyebrow microstroking! I learned so much form her then, I just knew I had to see her again when I felt ready for eyeliner training. I spent the weekend at her studio in Texas for advanced eyeliner training and it was EXCELLENT! Kim's not only experienced (15+ years of doing permanent cosmetics) but she's also so knowledgable and patient with her students! She explains things so clearly and gives such relevant and useful tips! I felt extremely comfortable with my first model because she's very informative and encouraging! The one on one setting was relaxed and perfect. I have no complaints at all and I feel super ready to go back home and add eyeliner to my services.
