No opinions: My review was deleted by yelp and I chose not to fight it because it has been an exhausting 14 years of trauma. The other victim that you speak of below your review bravely continues to post despite multiple of her reviews being deleted too. Fact: There have been two police reports filed. Your triple check of looking for these police reports which yielded in no results is due to the fact they are not for public record. "Police investigate crimes and arrest people, but they do not charge people with crimes. Charges are filed by prosecutors - such as a district attorney's office - and a court case is only opened when a person has been formally charged. Police records thus are not part of the court system, and documents like arrest reports or crime/incident reports kept at police departments are not presumed to be open to the public as court records are. Thus almost no police investigative records are posted online." I'm not sure why my previous review disappeared; however, I would like to reiterate my profound gratitude to Kimbal Moise. He is such an amazing healer! When in extreme distress due to sciatica a couple of years ago, I practically skipped out of his office. Before the session, I was barely able to walk, sit up, drive, get myself dressed, etc. He even saw me on a Saturday due of my extreme pain. I have referred many friends and family to him, even my son, and all have had wonderful and healing experiences. Dr. Kim has been a life saver for me, and I am confident that he will provide the same help for a 10-year-old with severe asthma and allergies that I am sending to him. He treated my severe allergies and asthma with N.A.E.T. way back in 2004. In the 90s when I lived in FL I had 2 allergy shots a week for 5 years. Then I moved to Atlanta and would have had to start all over again had I wanted to. The vegetation was all different and all of my allergies returned. I didn't want to go through that again. After a few years of suffering, I moved to California and learned about N.A.E.T. I vowed that week to look for a practitioner, but miraculously Dr. Kim just showed up sitting next to me at a dinner party. I didn't have to look at all. I immediately started treatment that week and I never looked back. All my allergies disappeared for good. That was 14 years ago as I write this. I wasn't even allergic to my cat after treatment. And my cat is what pushed me over the edge to get asthma. Subsequently, I returned to Dr. Kim for shiatsu massage. I knew nothing about shiatsu at the time, but I can tell you that it even surfaces emotional issues so you can deal with them. Dr. Kim is a godsend. He really cares about his patients. This update is in response to his comment below mine... which is a complete lie... and totally FALSE. I wrote my review a month after my session which was in July 2013! He's a LIAR. And my then-boyfriend only went ONCE also... a week or so before me. He was definitely NOT a regular. He never went back for the rest of the time we were together. He also has no other family located in the area except for his mother... so him saying anything about other family members going to see him is also FALSE. We also didn't break up soon after... we broke up the following YEAR... which this review had absolutely nothing to do with. Why would a break up alter anything I review on Yelp?!?!? And how the F would he know about my breakup to begin with? And my break up is absolutely NONE of his business. Bottom line is... Mr. Moise was playing solitaire while I was supposedly getting healed or whatever you want to call it. Which he hasn't once denied. He's just upset that he got caught. I didn't say anything negative in my initial review regarding him... I even said I think he knows what he's doing, just that I didn't like his bedside manner... but now he's lying in his comments about me. ALSO... I never EVER EVER booked another appointment. EVER. Why would I book a second session if I wasn't happy with the first!? He's lying about that also. He should have just left well-enough alone. I stand by my review, 100%. I had my first taste of Kimbal Moise's Shiatsu massage yesterday. It was the most intense massage I have ever received. I have always had Swedish Massage in the past (20 years ago) but what a difference Shiatsu makes. And Kimbal gave it to me with both barrels. I live my life with the maximum amount of stress possible - the maximum! - and this is the first time in ten years that it has been diminished in any signifcant amount. As for the office, it appears to me to be simply a professional quasi-medical office. There was soothing new-agey sort of music playing during the massage and the massage table and the linens covering it were clean and neat. There was as much ambiance as it any other "medical" office that I have visited. The place was restful, calming and remarkably relaxing as is Kimbal and his "tableside" manner. I did not find the parking to be exorbitant. At $1.25 per 20 minute period, I paid $5.00 for the hour. I will gladly pay $5.00 to park in the building where my massage is occurring and then walk 15 feet to the elevator that will take me to the 5th floor office. I cannot reccommend Kimbal highly enough. I am going back next week and I hope to make his shiatsu massage a regular part of my life for the foreseeable future. This massage rocked BIG TIME. It's all a matter of managing expectations. I expected a pleasant experience with Kimbal and I had one. I cannot imagine this would not be the case for everyone who met the man and used his services. I found the office with an Amazon Local deal - and what a deal it was - it may well have changed my life. I am a litle sore today but IN A GOOD WAY. Amazing. read more

Kimbal Moise is amazing! I went in for a N.A.E.T. Allergy Elimination Consultation and Treatment and was amazed with the results! He performed his consultation and treatment and told me that I have a severe addiction to sugar. Nothing to my surprise; I love ice cream especially! He gave me a 30-hour sugar detox to do starting at that moment. After looking at the list of items I cannot eat, I wish I had eaten lunch prior to coming :) I immediately shopped for items I could eat in the next 30 hours and let me tell you, everything that doesn't have sugar in it, has salt! It was really, really, really hard to go 30 hours without eating anything that contained any kind of sugar. Ask any friend of mine who knows how much I love my sweet treats :) This made me realize how many foods actually contain sugar, even natural sugar! I made the 30-hour mark, never wanting to eat anything salty ever again (mentally of course), and was able to eat a normal meal - whew! I had sushi :) The most amazing part about all this.......It actually worked!!! I have not craved sugar since that day and I no longer have the desire to always have dessert after each meal, etc. i actually drive by one of my favorite spots, Cold Stone, all the time and never go in. Now it doesn't mean I occasionally don't eat sugar, i do, but I no longer crave it! I didn't think I could not crave sugar because I was happy eating it; one of the reasons I stay so active because I could get away with it. I am now happy NOT eating sugar all the time! I am so happy with the results and recommend Kimbal to anyone! The next step: To one day try the 3-week spleen and pancreas detox he gave me. Now that will be another challenge based upon the list of foods I cannot eat, let alone the time frame when I thought 30-hours was bad :) read more

I found Dr. Kim Moise online, bought one of his discount vouchers, and went for a massage. Ten minutes into the massage, I knew from his technique that he knows what he is doing. Most importantly, he understands the inter-connection of different body parts, i.e. what part of your feet links to which organ, or finding the cause of your physical issues, etc. He found my problem areas right away, but he also knows not to keep kneading at it, but try to get it to release. There is a big difference in getting massage by someone who knows the body and how various body parts inter-relate to one another, versus a masseuse who uses his/her body strength to keep kneading at your tight spots, calling that "deep tissue". If you are reading this review because you're considering buying one of his discount vouchers online, don't hesitate to try him out. You won't regret it. It's a bargain to be able to experience his massage at $25 an hour. I've already referred him a couple of friends and they have given me nothing but positive feedback about him. read more

Dr Kim gives you more bang for a buck than anything I have experienced. His massage was sensational; he knows where all our sensitive triggers are in our bodies. It was wonderful. And then he gives me MORE! I got print outs of examples of what I can eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner tailored to my specific health issues (HELLO)! Then I got a list of foods to eat for my spleen and pancreas. On to a print out of a liver cleanse that I haven't tried yet but it's there for me. I'm completely SHOCKED at what a woman wrote for a review about Dr. Kim. Honestly, she is completely delusional. If it were true, where are the other reviews about him being a sexual deviant? You mean she's the only one he sexually assaulted? Unbelievable. Although I'm not in LA any longer, I was a patient of Dr. Kim's for a couple of years and now that I'm moving back, the FIRST thing I'm going to do is make an appointment. He's never been inappropriate to me or any female member of my family. He's always been only sweet and helpful and extremely knowledgable. I first went to him when I literally felt like I was going to die. There was a bunch of things going on in my body and he pinpointed every one. For the next month I saw him once a week. He treats mostly with Kinesiology and acupressure. Within a 4-6 weeks, I felt better than I ever had in my life as well as lost a ton of weight. He didn't push high priced vitamins on me, but treated me with a diet I needed for what I was dealing with. And as for the person who said he plays solitaire on his computer while "treating" them. That's absolutely true. While you are lying in his office, in the process of a treatment, what is he supposed to do? Stand there and look at you for the 30 minutes while you're lying there? SMH. So he relaxes during this time and plays a computer game which is completely acceptable. I'm shocked he didn't get all 5 stars. But y'know what? That's great. Because now he won't be so busy that I have to wait two weeks to see him. Wow. People need therapy. Love you Dr. Kim! P.S. I reported that woman's review to Yelp and although they even got another person that reported it as well, they've decided to keep it up which is shocking and makes me question all reviews on here. I went in to get a Shiatsu massage and ended up receiving so much more. First off, I give the massage a 10. I have had many massages and it makes ALL the difference when the masseuse can feel and sense where your body needs attention, and Dr Moise is exceptional in this art. He also performed muscle testing and was 100 percent correct in his assessment. I have recommended his services to all my friends, and will be a happy customer for life! read more

I came in to get my neck worked on, and happened to mention that my thumb has been in pain for 6 months since I had an accident with my dog's leash and it got pulled backward. I don't usually write reviews -- but after reading a review that referred to me, (Love C -- I'm the boyfriend's mom) I feel inclined to write for myself. I went to Dr. Kim because I had purchased a Living Social coupon. Kinesiology had worked really well for me 17 years ago. After moving to Los Angeles, I was unable to find a kinesiologist that I felt knew what he was doing UNTIL I met Dr. Kim. I have been in chronic pain for about 15 years. (requiring back surgery, neck surgery, and most recently ankle replacement) After the first time I went to Dr. Kim I experienced the first pain free afternoon I had in 15 years. I realized that once I got my ankle fixed and gait corrected, I could actually be pain free, with Dr. Kim's help. I am now on my way to a pain free life, and I am extremely grateful to Dr. Kim for his help with this. Regarding reference to me and my son in Love C's review: I do want to state that Dr. Kim didn't just say to me and my son that our heads were not on straight --- that is an oversimplification of statements . Dr. Kim did align both my son and I and the alignment did start from the head and went all the way to the alignment of our feet. (yes the head bone is connected to the back bone and so on) My son had a problem with his knee for two years which caused him to limp and be in pain when he did any kind of activity. When he injured his ankle and it was swollen and extremely painful, I suggested he give Dr. Kim a try. He did go to Dr. Kim and when he came home that day he was able to walk and stand tall. In fact he played basketball the next day and has felt great since. Due to the limping from the knee problem for two years -- he needed to be aligned and it did include the head to toe. He is grateful to "have his head on straight." -- Thank you Dr. Kim I too needed alignment from head to toe, due to the way I had to walk with a bad ankle. Now that the ankle has been replaced, I have every hope of Dr. Kim helping me to get rid of the back problems the uneven gait has contributed to. Dr. Kim is great! He is such a pleasant and positive person! When regular doctors were not able to properly explain the health issues, he was able to point to certain body organs that were "malfunctioning" because of stress and poor diet, among other causes. He suggested a change in diet (with specific products/schedules), lifestyle changes, and some helpful reading. He explained that some of the physical ailments are very much connected to and can be caused by psychological or emotional exhaustion (which is more or less common sense but sometimes we just need to hear it). I have implemented a lot of his suggestions and ended up improving my health during the most stressful period of my life. I very much appreciated finding him at the time I needed his help the most. It takes an open mind to try alternative healing methods but, most importantly, implementing changes in life is what will bring actual results. read more
