Okay I came in to get two teeth pulled when I woke up I had no teeth he had pulled every one of…read morethem and made a mistake and took all my teeth out thinking I was another patient and had me sign a paper under anesthesia to say I wouldn't sue him that he would always take care of my teeth and give me implants after the swelling went down I have not been able to contact him since and I think this may have been in like 2012 or something it was the worst experience does anyone know what to do about this

This DR ruined my whole life I'm not just saying this I'm being completely serious my life changed…read moreforever after going to his office for same day dentures I ended up being wheeled out crying hysterically in pain I remember this how many people can say they remember everything that happened right after an oral surgery procedure but I did I was wheeled out to my ride with blood pouring out of my mouth and tears pouring down my face and just told goodbye I went home and I was in so much pain and so much swelling was going on in my mouth I could barely eat or drink anything the next day I started feeling something sticking out the roof of my mouth so I called the office back and obviously after you went to one oral surgeon nobody else wants to touch you so I had to go back into his office about the object sticking out of the roof of my mouth he put me to sleep I left out of there and could not move my bottom lip at all he had stitched my bottom lip to the top of my gums I couldn't even close my mouth all the way I called back up there this time yes I'm heated and upset about my mouth because why did you even touch my bottom lip or gums at that time so once again I have to go back in he has to cut those stitches pull my lip up where it's supposed to be and stitch them back never any explanation on to why I have stitches in the bottom of my mouth now because that's not even what I went in there for during that procedure I woke up and I remember them rubbing my arm and telling me it's okay we're giving you more medicine now after that I was scared to death to go back I went to my primary dentist because now I have to have my dentures fixed or readjusted because they don't fit in my mouth at all so the guy that did my dentures looks in my mouth and says oh my God what did he do to you he said he left you with no gums to work with he said Doctor Justice look at this look what he did to her I explained to him about my situations going back and he told me yeah that's because he broke your archbone now they're telling me that I have to wait for more swelling to go down before I'm able to go back and have my dentures readjusted a few weeks later I'm in the mirror because I'm having some severe pain again and I push on my gum in a metal object came out of the top of it I'm guessing it's a piece of filling or a tool or something that he left in there and this has been several So years before covid I had a mask on because I was still to this day have not found an oral surgeon that can fix my mouth or my dentures properly I can barely eat solid food and I walk around with a mask on 24/7 because I don't like my face anymore I was in my thirties when I had to get top and bottom dentures because my family does have very soft teeth it's hereditary it's something that has been passed on to all the women in my family and the reason why I went in for the dentures is because before this situation I had to have root canal from fang to fang on top so if you've ever had a root canal you know crowns cost a lot of money and I had Medicaid at the time they would not pay for a crown so those teeth are hollow and I have broken my front tooth off at the gum line and that was it that was my only problem I had such a problem with that one tooth being gone that I wanted to fix my smile and so I went to someone that I thought I could trust because I mean he's the oral surgeon for the Charlotte hornets in the Charlotte checkers it's all over his office I didn't go to some free dental van or some basement Warehouse I went to someone that I thought was trusted and now like I said several years later I'm still wearing a mask he ruined my life like I said I wouldn't suggest anybody go to him and what kills me even more I guess dentist just stick together because as far as I know the primary dentist Dr Justice here in Statesville North Carolina still refers people to him after my situation

So, when it comes to my teeth being healthy and looking good I trust Dr. Wurmlinger 100%. I inherited my Daddy's bad genes when it comes to my teeth. I do what I'm told, "brush twice or 3 times a day and floss, etc.," but it seems like I'm always having an issue. Dr. Wurmlinger is never surprised when it comes to my teeth, God bless his heart. At least, he doesn't show me if he's panicking. He's always been so kind and encouraging and supportive, especially when I'm freaking out. I've even had to call him over the weekend for a tooth emergency. Thank God I wasn't in pain, but I'd lost my front temporary tooth so I couldn't leave my house until it was fixed. It was on a Friday in the late afternoon and he was on his way to Virginia. He asked me if I could meet him at the office Saturday morning. When I got there Saturday morning, one of his very talented assistants was there, as well as him. He had come all the back home from his trip just to help me glue my temporary tooth back on to get me through the weekend. I don't know anyone else who's going to do that for a patient. He didn't have to take time to think about it. He heard my message and knew he was coming home to help me. To get that kind of priceless service and the level of perfectionism that he provides is such a rare commodity, especially these days. I appreciate him more than he'll ever know, and I'll never see another dentist. I hope he doesn't plan on retiring during my lifetime. Without question, he is THE BEST.

Because of Dr. Wurmlinger's expertise and precision replacing decades old bonding for a veneer on my front tooth, I am now able to confidently smile. I never realized how much I avoided smiling with my teeth before I met Dr. Wurmlinger. Thank you so much for your kindness and giving me the gift of my smile back!
