My mom liked them very much and both of them will be returning. I was immediately greeted by smiles and a friendly receptionist that checked me in. I'm not sure how long the office has been there, but it was clean and decorated nicely. They have complimentary drinks in the waiting area. All of the staff was really nice and welcoming. Dr. King was knowledgeable and confident in letting me know the health status of my teeth. The hygienist also did a very thorough job with my cleaning. I ended up with one cavity, and I was impressed that they were able to fit me in to fill it while I was there. A new dentist (I believe this was her first job after school) did the procedure. I ended up with my mouth being numb for more than 24 hours and 2 days later had intense pain and facial swelling. The practice admitted the fill in was in too deep but insisted I needed a root canal after failed antibiotic and steroid treatment. I asked to speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones and was completely dismissed. There was no ownership to the damage that was done. No one offered to redo the fill in that was done incorrectly. I had a consult with an endodontist who confirmed I did not need a root canal and the error was in the fill in. All I wanted to do was speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones, express my concerns and discuss a plan to fix my issue. I was completely dismissed and the provider would not speak with me. As a healthcare worker with over 25 years of experience, this was not customer service. This was not ownership to a wrong. This was rude and insulting. To date, I am still dealing with this issue and trying to get this resolved. I am now being told that I have completely maxed out my insurance in June and would now have to pay out of pocket. This indicates that Trinity billed incorrectly and took the entire annual plan benefit!!! Honestly this has been exhausting, unfair and completely unnecessary.

Each time I called, I was told that the records would be sent to me before 5:00 PM that same day. Despite these repeated assurances, I did not receive them in a timely manner. When I finally received what I believed would be my records, the information sent was incomplete and not what I had requested. After calling again and demanding my actual records, I was then informed that my insurance did not cover the full cost of my visit. I would like to point out that during my visit, the only services performed were photographs and X-rays. No cleaning or fillings were done. In fact, the technician specifically told me that I would be receiving a cleaning, but that never happened. This entire experience has left me feeling that patient care is not a priority at your office. Instead, it appears that the focus is more on billing and maximizing insurance charges than on providing proper service and communication to patients. I expect a prompt response regarding my records request!

The dentist herself was getting plaque buildup off my teeth and I had expressed to her how sensitive and inflamed my gums were and I understood it was going to hurt a little bit, but she was not even looking at my teeth closely enough to even be remotely careful or considerate. Didn't offer any type of numbing medication or relief. When I asked her, is it supposed to hurt this bad? She replied," well that's why I told you it was going to hurt." Just because you informed the patient prior that it was going to hurt, doesn't mean that you should just be careless with the process. My teeth cleaning lasted all of 10 minutes. I had also expressed that I've been having tooth pain for a couple years. She gave an "educated"guess that it could be a hairline fracture, but didn't even look at my teeth just looked at the x-rays? Then loudly, proceeds to tell me that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I don't care who knows or doesn't know, but it was unprofessional. Proceeds to give me a referral to a dentist that could look into that. On the referral, my last name isn't even spelled correctly? After I gave them my ID. I typically am very unproblematic and don't complain much about things but mind you, this was my first and last impression.
