First and foremost, they did not tell me they are not part of my insurance network for my routine checkup. After the first checkup they insisted for a deep cleaning ( which has been ruled out by other dentist ) , so very business minded. The nurse did not even do basic cleaning during routine checkup , she says that's not included. literally frustrated about them thoroughly starting from the reception to the nurse to the Doctor to the billing team. read more

So I fell for the ole 'free cleaning' mailer that came to my house. We just moved to the area and were in need of a new dentist, and overdue on our cleanings by just a few months. All started ok, but quickly went downhill. Brooke, who performed my cleaning, was great, although she simply made my six month follow up appointment without even asking me what a good time / day would be. I'm not five, I can make my own appointments. I've since canceled it because it states in their paperwork that they charge a card kept on file a 'no show' fee, hmmm. Then Dr Salzman came in to discuss work I would need. She said I had an active cavity and a crown that could wait until new insurance kicked in, I was losing the coverage I had in just a few days. I made a follow up two days later with Dr Colucci giving him time to do the one cavity I thought I had. When he was done with that one, he said 'ok, so let us know when you want to address the other few cavities going on'. I was genuinely confused as this was not discussed during the initial visit. We spoke at length about what Dr Salzman had seen, written in the notes, etc. I was not happy as I was unaware I had other active cavities that needed attention and felt blindsided. I let him complete one more and was done. As I was getting ready to leave the assistant told me they were drawing up estimates for the remaining work. I had told them MULTIPLE TIMES that this was the last day of my insurance and I was unsure about the future, I don't want any estimates. This office is super pushy with estimates, appointments, and seem to 'find' A LOT of work that needs to be done. We've picked up our records and will be seen elsewhere. Also, Dr Colucci is too touchy feely, the reassuring touches to my arm and shoulder every time he came in and out of the room we're too much for me, personal space please. read more

The Doctor was nice and all but their prices were considerably higher than anywhere else you go. Straight from the gecko, I asked if they accepted my insurance and they said yes that doesn't mean your insurance is in net work apparently. I paid $200 out of pocket day of service (my husband $300) and they estimated that our insurance would pay way more which was wrong they ended up paying way less and we still owed $700 more dollars for my husband (2 fillings)and myself (1 filling) anywhere else you go the difference would've been around $80 but they are up charging and blaming it on inflation. The billing is not transparent at all! They will cover your initial visit to get you in, but then after that bill you astronomically. Horrible, will not be going back and telling my friends and neighbors about this place. read more

I really enjoyed my first trip to the Branchview Dental Care facility. I made my appointment for 7 a.m., which fits beautifully into my work schedule. Brittany, my hygienist, was knowledgeable, efficient, and exTREMEly pleasant at such an early hour. She wasn't "chirpy," in case that kinda energy that early in the morning is a turn-off. It is for me. But she was enjoyable and excellent at her job. Dr. Kennedy was thorough and very respectful of my time, which I appreciate tremendously. So many times one can go for medical treatment and it feels as though the doctors or staff are not as mindful with your time. Not here. I was taken in for treatment very punctually and treated effectively and thoroughly. I need two fillings and a crown done in relatively short order. My options were clearly laid out for me and scheduling was a breeze. They know my work and travel schedules are hectic and planned with me accordingly. Happy that flyer showed up in my mailbox. After moving to Concord a year ago, I still didn't have a dentist. Fixed that this morning. read more

This is horrible dental clinic to go, they take advantage of people! They charge my dad 290$ for exam only and they said they cant do services unless he will do a deep cleaning and my mom question about the free cleaning, ( the receptionist said ohh the promo is old already ) super misleading. Needed to get two fillings. In order to have an exam, you have to agree to having a cleaning as well for $ 160, or they consider it an 'emergency ' and that would be $300 something. I felt like I had no choice as I was going out of town. Next they told me how much the fillings were. I reluctantly agreed (wish I told them to shove it!) I have been coming here for 3 years and cannot say enough good things. Dr. Persinger and his staff are very friendly. I also learned they have an option to pay $259/year for 2 cleanings, X-rays and all of the normal things I go to the dentist for. I cancelled my dental insurance and took advantage of this program which saved me a lot of money! read more

I've been going to this dentist for over 5 years now and I haven't had any issues. The reviews that complain about price are probably because they want quality work done cheap. I'm here to say that isn't reality. Branchview will work with you to help pay your bills and they even offer a discount if you pay in full. I've never had them try to tell me I needed work when I didn't. I love Dr. Kruskamp and my hygienist. I will not go to anyone else! read more

RIPPED ME OFF!! GET A SECOND OPINION!! I payed more than double for services rendered at this location and that is AFTER billing my dental insurance as much as they could. Learn from my mistakes! People were telling me that the price they were charging was really high, but I did not believe it would be more than double what normal prices are. I recently had two friends get pricing from their dentists for the SAME EXACT procedures and it was less than 1/2 the price of Branchview. It is a shame because I did like the doctor and the girls that cleaned my teeth, but not so much more that I would pay that high of a premium. Consider another dentist. Its been 18 months and I am still trying to pay off this dental bill. Don't do what I did!! Go somewhere else!! read more
