I did not get a phone call at all telling me that my appt was cancelled! pulled my boys out of school.. had to psych them up (my 5 yr old last had a crown on so was crying about getting his teeth cleaned and my 4 yr old was first time getting teeth cleaned) to drive an hour for them to tell me my appt was cancelled?! I am not one to cry but things on my life were hectic.. I cried and was so upset! I opened my mail 2 weeks prior seeing a bill and thought.. ohh I'll pay that when I go there in two weeks! Office boss pulled me in her office we talked, I said I'd call the Wausau office when I got home and she said they would try to fit the boys in for a cleaning when I called back.... fast forward to two days ago. I called there to get my boys set up for routine cleanings. They tell me they need to get ahold of their manager bc my bill went to collections and they need approVal! call me back within 5 mins, leave me a message saying they can no longer accept my boys as patients bc my account has gine to collections!!!!!!!!! Then they tell me to contact the insurance number to see what other pediatric number is in network... guess what.. you are the only one!!!! Now what?! I have to drive 2 hours for my boys to get dental care?!! Really?! make me pay before I leave maybe?!!!! Sooo soooooooo upsetting!!!! Then I was suppose to get reimbursed the first time when I had different insurance after they submitted my bill to insurance bc I paid right away and never got reimbursed anything!

I actually enjoyed my visit both times I went in preparation for the crown. It was really comfortable at the office and I felt right at home with everyone there. The explanations of what was transpiring while under their care were easy to understand and appreciated. The time taken to make sure I liked the color match of the crown was sincere and I felt I could reject the crown at any point if I wasn't satisfied. This helped me feel at ease. His care for myself and entire family has always been kind and compassionate. My sister lives in Milwaukee and still agrees we'll never find another dentist like Dr.Hein. After working in dental you definitely see how many doctors treat their patients and staff, make a treatment plan, and how sincere they really are.
