At the end of the 2 hours, I was told to return to have my teeth cleaned and that I needed periodontal cleaning done at over $1200. I did not return. I went and received a cleaning at a former dentist and 2nd opinion on the periodontal work. My former dentist said my gums were healthy and did not need periodontal work. It seemed like Dental Care of Bellevue was looking for a problem, since I take good care of my teeth.

Dr. Janssen is wonderful and works with what I have. He gives me lots of natural resources to use to improve my dental health which in turn helps my medical health. We only have a short amount of time for that appt, however, we do have an opening at 10:40am with more time to evaluate/fix the veneer. Please call our office at 920-437-3376 to let us know if this works for you.  Are you kidding me!? The day before my appointment and suddenly there is a "short amount of time"? This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here. Reception staff is great. Dr. Sara was great, very open and listened to me…read more 1- Dr. Bob tried to perform a filling before I was numb. I told him I was not numb and he told me I was even though it was MY MOUTH. Did the filling and didn't listen when I said there was something wrong. It felt like the cavity wasn't filled all the way but I trusted the dr. Called back a week later saying something was definitely wrong and I was having pain where I didn't before, I couldn't chew (I still can't) and I have so much sensitivity. There are spaces open between my tooth and gum where food gets stuck under the filling and I can't floss b/c it hurts and the floss gets stuck IN my tooth. They brought me in and told me it's just a new filling and gaslit me to believe there wasn't anything wrong. 2- I can't keep an appointment... They are constantly cancelling my appointments and can't reschedule me within my available hours and the issue is always that "the Dr. is out". Hire a new Dr. I finally scheduled with a different dentist office for my cleaning AND to get this wonky filling fixed so I can eat without pain.
