The atmosphere is also perfect, the special events ballroom is great as a fancy place for private events like my graduation dinner, but my favorite place to eat is in the downstairs dining room where there is a fireplace, it's the perfect ambiance for winter. The scallops were cooked perfectly, though I personally felt the pumpkin risotto could have used more seasoning. I really wanted to try dessert but I was completely stuffed. After sitting there sweating for well over an hour and a half, we left hungry and frustrated. This is not our first negative experience there. We have had countless bad experiences this summer with their catering at Splash ClubZero sense of customer service. We will absolutely not be returning.

Despite the promise of activities, there was only one icebreaker that began at the door and wasn't too engaging. The space was too small for the crowd. It got too warm and started feeling like a really bad college party. Most of the women were just talking amongst themselves, and most of the men were awkwardly standing around in silence. I left after an hour and a half, upon realizing I could've had a comparable experience by just standing at the bar across the street. I wouldn't even have needed to buy a ticket.
