I have been working through Kimco (SANTA FE SPRINGS OFFICE) since December 2023. When I applied they found me a job right away. The service that they provide is really incredible and professional. I have been through several other agencies in the past and I must say Kimco has been the most reliable job agency that I've ever used. Everyone there is very friendly and so helpful. My job recruiter Susie is so amazing at what she does and always has my best interest. She has been there for me and worked tirelessly to get me working. I am so grateful for her and for the other Kimco employees like Yemi and Martha who have always assisted me with whatever I needed, whether it was getting paid on time or sending messages, etc... I have yet to receive my first paycheck from work with Kimco. I told them in the agency at the worksite, and they played games, saying it was missing, etc., yet never paid me for working for the first week. Plus, the jobs were dangerous, and my boss asked me to work during breaks and lunchtime like some other people who were afraid to say no to the boss. read more

Unprofessional agency location, Susan Quiroz did not follow through with calling me back on my application after I called directly about jobs available. She needs to be fired or retrained for such tacky business behavior. Called again to speak with someone else and no one called back, after I submitted my information for an application in order to discuss a warehouse position or any positions further. I've been working through Kimco for about 10 years now, on and off, but I've never had any issues with the staff. They are all wonderful and very helpful. They inform you off the bat that they will help you find a job that meets your experience, but you need to put in the effort too and call them once a week to check on job availability. The staff is very responsive. We've had a very positive experience with Kimco, in large part due to Naomi Hinzo, who has been very involved and proactive in meeting our needs. My GM and operations manager all are also very pleased with Naomi's success in providing quality candidates. We are also very impressed with the way workers comp injuries are handled. I have been working for Kimco for over year and a half now and I cannot say one bad thing about them. My experience with them has been very different from what I went through with other staffing companies. First of all they do not just stick you in a random job. They ask you what type of work you are looking for and what type of skills you have. I did not have any skills in human resources yet but I did have my bachelors and I was bilingual. They talked to me about all the positions they had available and told me that their was one that was perfect for me. Sure enough they gave me some tips on how to dress and some mock interviews and I crushed the interview. Thanks to Kimco I received my first job out of college and I loved the experience. Not only have they helped me find a job but I have also hired employees from Kimco during my time working in HR that they got me. When I worked together with Kimco perspective employees who came in looking for work were aware of the operations within the company and the type of work we had. I would give them tours of the work place and if they were pleased they would get the job. I would say that it was for the most part all the employees that were hired within Kimco that were the happiest for many reasons. First off we do not have paper based time sheets. Its all electronic and all you have to do is punch in. Kimco is fully transparent with the employees. If the work is heavy or quick paced they tell you. Employees I would hire from other agencies did not know what to expect. In conclusion Kimco have helped me find two jobs that I have really enjoyed. I am currently still working for them but they have found a job for me that will hire me. So I am truly grateful. read more

This location is terrible. You can submit several different job applications, waste your precious time completing their internal pre-hire application so they can steal your info, send emails, CALL them multiple times, and they will still NEVER follow up! Marlena, Leslie and Grace are all unprofessional. Leslie and Grace post jobs, nag their customers to refer others to them but when they get new customers trying to reach out to them they completely 100% ignore them. Marlena the receptionist is a liar and useless. When you call up there she'll tell you, "Oh that person is unavailable, would u like me to tell them to call you back?" You say YES. And you will not hear anything else after that. This chick knew my name by remembering my voice the day before, but couldnt remember to have someone call me back? Until this day, no one has returned my calls. Wow, what a great way to welcome in people that have been reffered to you. I hardly give bad reviews to any business. But damn, this place earned it. Helpmates in Cypress is far more professional and responsive. And I heard the Kimco in Anaheim is much better than this one. read more
