Not bad at all. I've gotten my eyelashes done here several times and every time they've looked great! They do really cool decisions and the pedicures are good as well. I tried my first 3D Flower nail designs here and they came out so cuteee. The only reason why I gave a 4/5 is because the time before last I went, they rushed through my pedicure and I had an inconsistent paint application which has never happened to me before here. I paid, walked out and walked right back in after I seen outside in the light and their response was to come back tomorrow because it was 7:05 and they close at 7. read more

I thought I had finally found a favorite nail salon. I was wrong. I came in and asked for a mani and pedi. Things started off fine. Salon wasn't too busy. Then, halfway through my pedi a fucking bridal party comes in of around 10 - 12 bitches. I don't care because I'm enjoying my pedi. However, the person doing my pedi starts rushing. And then when it's time for my mani the guy in charge tells me they can't do my mani anymore. Tells me to come back later. He says the bridal party had made appointments. Mother fucker, if you knew a bridal party was coming soon why the hell did you agree to provide me with a mani pedi service?!?! My only response was that this was not okay. But I still made sure to tip the nail tech because this wasn't her fault. Of course I'm left feeling like shit and left feeling embarrassed at how I was treated. How much is a refill? According to nail tech a refill starts at $35. I paid $55 but everyone else pays $45. Their nails are longer and have coffin or stiletto shaped nails. I can understand $45 and $5 for a broken nail how did we arrive at $55? What exactly is included in a refill? My nail length did not change? Why am i paying for length when k paid for it when i got a full set? The shape didn't change so extra work was not needed to shape my nails. The refill was only added to the top of my nails. My cuticle was never cut or pushed back. He said to was my hands then he would apply lotion to my polished hands and cut my cuticle. That's very backwards to use cutting tools along my already polished nails. No info as to was was included with mg refill could be answered the owner was not there and sat on the phone for 12mins speaking their language before asking to speak with me after I had already paid and asked for the license number. These people are unprofessional and use price gauging to steal from customers. I'm not sure if i was quoted more before it was Tuesday or because of race. What i do know is that i paid more than other clients. He originally told me $65 for two simple small designs she. He removed &10 and said 65 i was really taken back. Never have i ever paid that much for refill. I will never return. I literally called 6 people who frequent the shop and they all said the same thing. That they pay $45. The length and shape of my nails are irrelevant as he didn't add to the length of my already placed on nails! Also during my pedicure my toenails were not cleaned properly. Began coming here after moving into the area a little over 4 years ago. My husband and I used to come in separately but started coming in as a couple this past year. Mainly pedicures, but sometimes mani-pedi's and were normally pleased with the level of service. However, we noticed a decline in consistency of service during our most recent visits. Our last visit, My husband and I went together for mani-pedi's and noticed service that was rushed by manicurists and neither of us received high quality mani-pedi's. We had 2 different manicurists working on us. We both were seated at the same time for pedi's, feet in water soaking. I then noticed another customer comes in, my manicurist leaves me to set new customer up in pedi chair, leaving me to soak while she works on her. Meanwhile, I noticed, manicurist working my husbands' feet took more time and effort with him and was still working on his feet after my manicurist completed mine. My manicurist did not do same number of steps (length of exposure of hot stones, minimal hand massaging and oil) and both manicurist did not properly smooth either bottoms of feet thoroughly. When our pedi's were completed we were instructed to come over to nail tables for manicures but found each chair occupied by customers. So we were directed back over to the pedi chairs, finger soak bowls set up on arms of chair for a rushed manicure. Upon completion, we both felt we were given rush jobs which was confirmed once home and were able to properly inspect our hands & feet. My husband does not want to return and I'm inclined to agree. Shame, because we initially loved coming here but cannot continue to support Kimmy's with this diminished level of service. read more

Great service, very nice people, and beautiful nails. Very attentive to detail and seem to want tp make your nails look perfect. A really awesome plus is that they oil your cuticle when you're done. The pedicures are great and the foot massages are amazing. read more

Common courtesy if you know somebody is coming in at a certain time you should always have the person available. Also FYI they use the same wax to wax my "cat" to do your eyebrows! Tony has been my nail technician for well over ten years now. I have had acrylic, uv gel, and now SNS nail applications. The SNS nails are awesome for me as I have some allergy issues and the SNS leaves me allergy free. I have never had any issues with chipping or breaking (unless it's been my own fault). I type on a computer all day and these will take all of the abuse I give them and last two weeks with no problem. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. read more

I've been to Kimmy's before and had an okay experience. It was clean. Today around 1:00, I called to see if there was a wait for a walk in. I was told they were currently busy and 3:00 would be better. Before the gentleman hung up he asked me what service I needed done, I let him know it was a full set. He said okay. I arrived today at 2:45, let them know what I needed done. The 2 employees spoke between themselves for about 5 minutes. The man came up to me to let me know that he didn't know how to do a full set and the young lady could only do fill-ins. (Really?!) he asked me to come back next Friday when the people that could complete a full set would be in.... he gave me $5 off. I'm furious, I called 1 hour and 45 minutes earlier and was told a full set could be completed and I find it hard to believe the young lady did fill ins only. A wasted trip and time for me. read more

I will never go back to this nail salon. They offer SNS on their menu, but obviously have no idea how to use the product. The owner removed my previous SNS by scraping it off my nails with a nail file, instead of soaking in acetone. He ruined the condition of my natural nails. The SNS that he then applied chipped on the tips of multiple fingers within 2 days. This is a product that should easily last 2+ weeks. Furthermore, the shop looks sloppy - they keep supplies and tools in shoeboxes and plastic shopping bags piled on windowsills and on the floor in the corners of the room. This is a place where you definitely get what u pay for, if that much. read more
