I arrived about 20 minutes later and was greeted by two women who were waiting for me by name. My chair was ready, and my water was being prepped for my pedicure. To say my experience was good is a huge understatement. My technician took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The massage chair was in a setting I hadn't experienced. It was hitting pressure points that needed attention. As I was drying my pedicure I paid my bill -- $39! After I paid my bill, my technician proceeded to give me a shoulder massage. (I didn't know nail salons still offered this service. At least the ones that I've gone to.) I left happy, and relaxed. I will be making my next appointment soon.

I was looking for a nail place for when I'm visiting PA. My nail tech was very kind, but the job was meh. Polish on my skin, the fill was not as I expected or wanted. I ended up having to file down on the sides to clean it up. My polish ended up not sticking well, and some of the side nail was missed. Kudos for them telling a customer they will not treat an ingrown toe nail and advised the customer to seek medical attention as this is not something they will do.

My first time and now last time at Omni Organics Nail Salon was anything but good…read more I booked an appointment for nail tips and a dip manicure. The website had the price at $60. When I was "checking out" they said the cost was $75. I immediately responded that the website said $60. They then proceeded to tell me that "almond shaped" nails were an extra $10. Seriously. I didn't ask for almond shape I asked for rounded. Never ever have I ever had to pay for a specific "Round" shape. That's just a bunch of nonsense. Then they said to charge me $65. I wasn't happy but I lived with it (which I shouldn't have had to.) My credit card was still charged $75. We contacted Omni and they basically said too bad. They made NO ATTEMPT to make it right. I will never go back and my daughter who has been going for 3+ years isn't going back. What a crooked way to do business. Don't trust them. **** Resembles a CHOP SHOP ****…read more I was out of town, but local to the area visiting. I had a nail emergency. I needed a color change for a few reasons. It was a Sunday and this was the only local nail salon open. I called around 12 pm and made an appointment for 3:30. When I arrived I had time to pick out a color and then was seated at table 6. The male nail tech began taking my nail color off by using the electric nail tool. While he took my polish off he began speaking a different language to a female to his left. They were clearly speaking about my nails. He would motion to my nails and then held my hand closer for her to look. At this time I can only assume what they were saying. It really set the tone for the rest of the visit. After he took my polish, he never asked me to wash my hands to remove the dust. He never used the dry coat to remove oils, or a base coat. He just began painting directly on the acrylic. He went through one coat and it began browning. So he removed it and took another layer off. I did mention a base coat and I could not understand what he said. After all was said and done, I had color polish and clear coat in my cuticles and sides of my fingers. The polish was not smooth. I ended up removing my nails two days later. I paid $25 for a VOLOR CHANGE! I tipped $4. Crazy. In the end I think he was just going fast to get it done and be done. Then a guy walked in smelling of pot demanding his appointment. They said, it is at 4:30 and to come back. He said, "ok, well don't be late and forget about me." He never came back while I was there. I should have waited. But he been getting my nails done first over 25 years. This is a very old school type of salon. I should have known better.
