Every time I come here my nails always look fantastic. This was no different, but instead of my usual gel mani, I went with a full acrylic set (only the third time I've ever had acrylics in my life) as these were my wedding nails :) Hannah did an amazing job. She got the nail shape and the pearly chrome vibe I wanted, and they held up beautifully. I took them off at the 3-week mark, but they definitely could have been on longer before needing a fill. A friend and I came in for gel pedicures and had a really nice experience. It's strongly recommended to call for appointments (or book online) which is a good indicator of how busy they are. They check all of the standard boxes: clean, well-lit, great massage chairs, lots of color options, but they also provide a complimentary drink which is really nice. We got white wine. Our nails look great, but they did not do much massaging, exfoliating, or wax. I realize now that you have to opt for the higher level massage when booking because those items are not offered to you later. (I'm used to a menu of options at the chair). I came here because my salon hasn't been making me happy and they also closed for a COVID exposure. I was serviced by Leah for a spa pedicure and a refill. She did an amazing job on both. I didn't have to correct any of her work or ask for a thing!! She also didn't take forever which is super important to me. I was in and out in 2 hours. I also got a discount because I paid cash. Usually love this place and the nail techs and have been coming here for years but today when I called, the woman was extremely rude saying they had no available appointments and hung up on me. When I called back to make an appointment for another day, she didn't even say hello and immediately put me on hold for 5 min. Until I just hung up. I understand people have bad days but I used to be in customer service and would never express my frustrations especially to a customer! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this salon. Although I haven't been here in a little while, I have never had an experience at any other nail salon like the one I had at lush lacquer. It's worth the extra drive. It's like a luxury salon, fantastic customer service and BEAUTIFUL interior! I used to go to the nail salon every two weeks since they opened. Then Covid and health issues started I went there yesterday for the first time in over two years I had to wait 40 minutes with an appointment I had a spa pedicure which was ok Not all of the descriptions were done and no choice of scent. It took only 20 minutes She asked if I wanted gel polish which I never had so I tried it She didn't mention the additional cost until I went to pay I feel that the salon has gotten so busy that it more of a assembly line. Prior to this manicure I actually had builder gel and gel x nails which they do not offer here but they were able to remove them successfully without harming my nails. I've been here twice so far and I like it overall. It's clean, I can make an appointment, they're not far from my job and they have a parking lot which means a lot! All of which were on my wishlist for a nail salon. This review will be more on my first experience where I got the white nails with designs shown in the attached picture. Debbie did my pedicure and apply my full set of acrylic stilleto nails. Sam did my design. It was a very elaborate design with stones on multiple nails (I came in with a pinterest picture lol). I knew it would be expensive because it was a full set of acrylic, designs on every nail, plus stones on multiple nails. I was getting it done for my birthday trip to Hawaii. Both women did a great job. Sam really showed her talent with the design. My only complaint is that they are a little expensive. I'm actually a little embarrassed to admit that I paid $169 that first time ($75 on just the design alone). And as much as I spent, I was only allowed one glass of wine (their policy). But my nails never chipped. Not one stone came off. If it wasn't for the 3 week new growth, I could have kept them even longer. Overall I like this place a lot and I'll more than likely return. I just need to make more money or tone down my nails. Lol read more

I walked in without an appointment and was able to be seen right away. The staff were all kind and professional. My technician was very sweet and patient. I don't know the lady's name who did my nails but she did a really good job. She ended up taking my old set off and doing a fresh set because she was concerned about them lifting etc which lets me know they care about the health of nails. I wanted to try a new shape and I'm so glad I did because she did an amazing job shaping them. Will probably frequent the shop because their work is so neat with lots of different options to choose from. So I wanted to do something nice for my wife because she has been working in the medical field during this epidemic so I treated her to a gel Manicure today . I called this place which had very good reviews and asked how much is a Gel Manicure and they told me $30 which I had not problem paying this much even though this is a high price for this neighborhood . So I gave my wife $35 thinking $30 for the manicure and $5.00 tip . When she went to pay they told my wife it was $35.00 because she was a new customer . I dont understand why you would charge a new customer $5.00 more then a returning customer. I am in business and I always look for new business . If you know priced this plays is not the nicest place but they get the highest prices ! read more
