Fast forward, myself and the first friend got done early, I'm sitting at the dry bar next to the person watching the dog and then the is pooping on the couch! My second visit however I was overcharged for services I did not ask for. I asked for French acrylic nails with a simple design and a regular pedicure. They charged me $50 alone for my acrylic nails. They ended up giving me gel which I did not ask for plus other extras I'm not even sure. This is what I'm assuming the cost breakdown was no idea honestly but it was $50. Acrylic full set $25 Gel $ 10-15? Long $ 5? Simple design $ 10 ? I brushed off the second visit and came back again for a refill and another pedicure. This time the pedicure tech was very rough on my feet even when I said it hurt. And again I was overcharged for my refill. It states $15 but I was charged 18 when I got to the register for "long nails". The tech did not even cut the nails I have and they're not long. Please see the pictures below. If you don't mind being nickeled and dimed give this place a try but there's too many other salons out here, so I'll be searching elsewhere.

I've had 2 structured gel manicures with Hana. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. I sent her a design by Rebekah Pritchard that I found on Instagram, and Hana did it better. The pictured set is Gel-X extensions (pre-existing, and this is one of the only places around that does them) with structured gel overlay. This is a 3D design; the white is slightly raised with a sprinkle of dip powder before setting. Hana completed this set on Phenix Salon Suite's opening celebration. There were many more distractions than usual but Hana stayed laser focused. The owner of the suites popped in to drop off flowers and provide refreshments, which was above and beyond. The suites are brand new and TT's space feels so exclusive and contemporary. It's just you and your tech so you'll feel like a princess. I'm about to have my first session with DJ later this week and I can't wait to meet the brains behind the operation. She's on the cutting edge and her team is the best all around!
