If a price is wrong they are usually quick to notice and if it's marked lower than it should be, they will give you that item at the low price and take the loss (it happened to me recently in the dairy section). Lots of students working here but that's great because they are typically working during the busier hours and they have a lot of energy so waits are minimal. I wish they had as many sales on veggies as they do with fruit, especially tomatoes and spinach (the fresh spinach never goes on sale). But I'm lucky they stock it in the first place, as that's something many stores don't have (leaving only the frozen varieties).

That wasn't what I asked. She could have acknowledged that two people were standing there and she could have answered our question that the person was late, or that they were going to have to keep it closed for longer due to something unforeseen. It wasn't too busy inside the store but maybe it had been before I entered. Though this isn't the first time this week that I attempted to use the customer service counter and it was closed unexpectedly. Disappointing!

We understood the issue but had to cancel the cake cutting, the bouquet toss and the pried through the dried out beef that had sat under the heat lamp too long. The owner never emailed us offering an apology nor did he return any emails. When I finally got ahold of him over the phone he hastily told me he would call back but never did. When I called a week later from a different phone I was told he would call back in an hour which he never did and did not answer my voicemail or second email. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to use this caterer to find alternative catering as over door's customer service and professionalism is far below expectations and just obsolete. They charged an 18% service fee as well as for the plates - had no problem cashing our check and ignoring us hoping that we would just drop the issue and move on.
