It's disappointing. The customer service desk was supposed to be open at 1030 according to the sign. An employee stood with their back turned to the two of us standing in line at 1038 and when I asked what time they believed it would open she snapped that it wasn't open yet and walked away. That wasn't what I asked. She could have acknowledged that two people were standing there and she could have answered our question that the person was late, or that they were going to have to keep it closed for longer due to something unforeseen. It wasn't too busy inside the store but maybe it had been before I entered. Though this isn't the first time this week that I attempted to use the customer service counter and it was closed unexpectedly. Disappointing!

We wanted a relaxed atmosphere, but still something nice. Ted provided all of the serving equipment needed so we did not have to worry about renting anything ourselves. He also worked very well with the staff at the zoo which made it so we did not have to worry about much on the day of our event. Ted also served as the bar tender for our party and was great at describing our wine selection to our guests. We would definitely recommend the Oven Door for anyone with catering needs!

When I called a week later from a different phone I was told he would call back in an hour which he never did and did not answer my voicemail or second email. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to use this caterer to find alternative catering as over door's customer service and professionalism is far below expectations and just obsolete. They charged an 18% service fee as well as for the plates - had no problem cashing our check and ignoring us hoping that we would just drop the issue and move on.

I'd always get a half a Turkey Cheese Croissant sandwich and a cup of the ever-so-delicious Tomato Basil Soup! Now the soup is for sure what kept me coming back. It's the right balance of creamy and tomato balance with chunks of tomato and a perfect basil flavoring. It's even great in the summer!
