Very disappointed!…read more Took my stained glass to Wall-art 3/16/2022 for "professional" framing; It is a special memorial piece for a dear friend who lost her mother. I was assured by Kassidy that she would do justice to my piece and that it would take about 1 1/2 weeks to complete. I called 3/28 and was told by Kassidy that she was still waiting for my frame. On 4/5/2022 I again called to inquire about my piece and was told the "frame was out for delivery but her driver had covid and wouldn't let anyone else deliver for him" (really?). She then told me that she had another frame very similar to the frame I had ordered and that they could build me a frame from the "extra material" and she'd install it as we had discussed. I agreed to that because she assured me it was in fact close to what I had initially ordered. I received the piece 4/7 and noted several issues immediately. #1 The colors on the front and the back were drastically different from each other (initially we had discussed her staining the back of the frame and that she'd "get as close as she could" in color to the front...clearly they are nowhere close to matching, see pics). #2 There is a broken edge to a posterior corner of the frame. #3 The silicone to secure the piece into the frame was very poorly and unprofessionally done (an attempt at smoothing the bead of clearly visible silicone would have been nice). I think the pictures taken speak for themselves...hardly worthy of the $210+ charged for the "professional" frame and installation. When I called to discuss the issues I was at first assured all would be made right. After taking the piece back and waiting 2 weeks with ZERO contact, today I was told that they could do nothing to rectify the situation. No refund, "it's a custom frame" (mind you this is NOT the frame I initially ordered). As the issue was pressed they did say they could remove my glass piece, "clean it up" (remove silicone), they could then order MY frame, the one I initially wanted.....but wait, I was told it was "out for delivery and their driver had covid" (so where is that frame?), and then they would give me that frame and my piece and I could install it myself........ Well, if you want something done right.....you either do it yourself OR you take your business elsewhere and get it done RIGHT! Which is EXACTLY what I'll do in the future!

They had Catan and a lot of variations. The staff is really friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. I asked for recommendations for Catan lovers and she was very generous with her time and knowledge. We ended up picking up base Catan for our friend and also Azul. Couple key points: they host game night events to make new friends in the area and the setup is very welcoming. Price to play is extremely reasonable. They also have student discounts for games and playing time. A brick and mortar game shop is something every town needs. Sometimes you have people coming over you need a game for the whole family. If you want to meet new friends over some friendly competition, and find a warhammer community, Blackbag Games is the place for you! As visitors to Farmington, we felt very welcome and if I lived here, could see it being part of board game night.

I came to farmington trying to get some pokemon cards and couldnt find much at the regular retail…read morestores so i decided to come here last and I saw a wartortle full art i was interested in Im not an expert in anything like this but they said the card was "near mint" so i thought of course they will know whats right so i bought it using a 3rd party websites pricing of the card in the condition. All that is fair. But I got to my usual gaming shop in durango the guild house and saw an expert with cards and went to show him it only to be disappointed only a few seconds into him looking at it telling me there are print lines running sll the way up and down the back of the card. No where near the value i paid for. I called they said that their guy said print lines were near mint, so he knew about this but decided not to warn the customer, then proceeded to tell me there's nothing they can do, unless i went back now, when my dad is staying with me tonight for one of the nights ill see him in a while and i stay in durango an hour away from the shop. I was knowingly and willingly scammed all the guy on the phone said was "sorry". Dont recommend.
