I have incredibly think hair and most places told me they could figure out what I was looking for when I came in for an appointment. This is why I hadn't had my hair done in nearly 6 months. Let's be honest. Getting your hair done is an investment in yourself and I wanted someone that I could trust and who was invested in my desired outcome. We determined a single process with highlights as well as a hair cut would be best. I was able to schedule an appointment less than 2 weeks out. When that day came it was such a great experience. The studio is bright clean and welcoming. My coat was hung in a closet and a gown as well as a cape were provided to protect my clothes. She had a latte and cookies for me. She took her time and devoted the entire appointment to me- no distractions of phones, other patrons or anything. She did realize she needed a bit more time to dry my hair and let me know she was going to notify the next client that she was running a bit behind so they could adjust their schedule. When I left I had an updated look and a smile on my face. This will become my regular hair studio now.

Caleb took the time to explain everything clearly, including how the piercings would be done and what to expect. He was very precise with placement, even measuring carefully to make sure everything was symmetrical and that we were both happy with how it looked before starting. After the piercings, he went over the aftercare instructions in detail and made sure we understood how to care for them properly. I was honestly more nervous than my daughter, but Caleb's calm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience feel safe, comfortable, and positive. From dentures to fillings, checkups and cleanings it has always been a great experience over the years. They are always on time, friendly and efficient but patient too. We just finished a couple of appointments, so this is a current review. I would tell anyone to call and leave a message for Dr. A if you have a negative experience before posting publicly. I believe it's more respectful to give them a chance to rectify a complaint first. FYI, it is a Historical building so there is no wheelchair ramp, bring a portable one :)
