She made my 12 year old daughter feel like a supermodel (again, while honoring her requests), and for me, turned old chunky fake highlights into naturally beautiful ones, with a blowout that was absolutely perfect. I've had many bad experiences through my life with stylists that just don't "get" it - they will make my blowout too flat or too curly, my cut too layered or short, and worst of all, default to some outdated fad which I've explicitly told them not to do. This is why I appreciate Eileen so much - none of these problems occurred during any of our appointments. Eileen GETS IT, and has the know how to back it up.
