My reg physician said no this is swelling do to injury in both ankles because the other is compensating for supporting the bad one. If you were retaining water it would be all over not just in your ankles. Back to see ankles Dr, tell him what she said, he disagrees then looks at the mri & says there is cartilage discernment, but nothing he could do would help the swelling because of the water retention. SMH. He gave me a shot in my ankle & said come back in a month 1/2

Dr. Knight came in within just a couple of minutes, we spoke briefly and he looked at my hand then said he wanted x-rays. That took no more than 5 minutes and he came back immediately to review them and talk about next steps. I had a minor finger fracture and treatment was just to keep the splint on it and return for a follow up in 2 weeks. So that took no time at all. I made my follow up appointment and was out the door at 9:15. Surely a record! They are friendly but fast. That's fine by me. Who wants to spend the whole day at the doctor? Also very nicely decorated waiting room and exam rooms. Of course, this is Southlake. I know patients pay for it in the end but it helped make my whole experience very pleasant. Would certainly recommend this office to anyone with a hand or wrist problem.

I learned that the X-ray cannot take an image of your tendon or the sheath that the tendon is protected by. Trigger finger is tendinitis plain and simply! Therefore Knight is simply padding his pocket by having an X-ray performed. I'm stating that Knight receives no information from an X-ray. The ONLY imaging that does allow a view of the potential damage is an MRI.....Knight has an outdated X-ray machine in his office, but, of course no MRI equipment! Please do your own research and I hope that my info has assisted you in preventing Knight from using up your insurance benefits!

She even creatively forgot what I said in order to later accuse me of breaking a promise that I never made. She's not just an incompetent PT, she's a terrible person and very conflict-prone. No wonder she left Jamaica or wherever it was, she must have abused people and burned all her bridges there too.

Now he has stopped answering the phone and several visits to the store itself have resulted in finding it closed during business hours. The company voicemail is full so leaving a message is out. I'm pretty sure we have lost our money. Stay away from this place... When it is open it is manned by high school kids who have no idea what is going on and indicate that the owner is rarely present. Now, he never opens the store but continues to leave different notes on the door telling you why he is closed for this week. So long money...
