I noticed the driver was using her right hand to manipulate a cell phone (can't assume she was texting) then I noticed there were kids in the back. We pulled up to the stop light together and she was talking on her cell phone. Light changed to green and she rapidly pulled away from me on Reno. May be a great daycare but I would be a little uncomfortable putting my child in the van with that particular driver.
