I live in Ft. lauderdale and drive to Miami Beach to this Surterra location because: -The product is best I've found out of all the dispensaries in south Florida. - They have the best staff hands down. -Great prices that are well priced. - Fastest service as I am always in and out within 5 minutes!!! Every single time I have visited this location I am greeted by a friendly face in an exceptionally clean and comfortable feeling environment. I say that in regards to the other dispensaries which can be filled with patients creating lengthy weight times. Besides the product being fantastic (this is coming from an individual who has had her medical card in multiple states) it's accompanied by greater service. Alejandro, my budtender, went above and beyond to educate me on products that I never even considered. The only negative thing is that they do not accept cash tips!! For this top tier product, service, and environment i wish I could tip to display how appreciative I am. Highly highly recommend to anyone who currently has a dispensary and is seeking to try a new one OR to a first time patient. About 8+/- months ago, I ordered a 900 MG Indica and a 900 MG Sativa concentrates. They were delivered on time by a professional, wonderful, kind and knowledgeable lady, (I want to say Robin? IDK) who's name scapes me right now. These are THE BEST concentrates I've ever tried. They were the most potent, high quality, clean tasting, good quantity concentrates I've found thus far. I've been a patient for almost 2 years and have tried products from close to 10 different vendors. I'm very ill. With Lupus and 21 surgeries, I suffer every minute of every day in horrendous PAIN. I also have every side effect and complication from 30+ years of taking narcotics. I'm also Bi-Polar and have HORRIBLE anxiety and panic attacks. In summary, I have tried new and different products, eatables, tinctures, oils, vapes, etc., and I'm going back to SURTERRA for their concentrates. This place is awful. I got horribly sick off their oil cartridges when they first opened. I tried 6 different ones. They all made me sick. The affects lasted months. My doctor told me I was allergic to what ever they were adding into the cartridges. I called today to ask if they had any other brands besides surterra. The woman said yes. When I showed up they said no. Then I asked what they put in their cartridges. The guy gave me a clueless look. "What do you mean?" I asked "what kind of terpenes?" He said they don't have that information and that I could go to the website and download it. There is no place on the website to request that info. They list no details about what's in these products. STAY AWAY unless you want to take a chance on putting some random chemicals in your body. CLUELESS STAFF HORRIBLE PRODUCTS read more

Great facility, clean place (five stars on both). Feels like a proper medical facility. However the products are not good. If you know anything about cartridge and distillation quality, you will notice that the Florida's Finest carts they stock are of poor quality; harsh taste/flavor, some are totally clogged, and some are not filled to the correct level it appears. I bought three and one was totally clogged and not filled to the right amount (Grape), while the other two were downright harsh and did not draw properly from the cart. People giving five stars to this know no better - many newbies get hosed. Trulieve has much better products, expensive as they may be.
