The physical therapists are OK, but their billing system is horrible. I need all medical bills by…read moremail for my accountant, because we itemize Schedule A deductions. I mentioned this and my very first appointment, and the receptionist said I would receive bills by mail. After a lot of wasted time, I found out much later that the the woman at the front desk does not actually handle bills, their national billing office does. And that's the problem. The policy of their national billing office is to send notice that you have a bill (but not the actual bill) via a text message, to save the company money. But the text contains a very suspicious link where you have to go in and enter all of your personal information, before you even see or pay the bill. I understand they're trying to save 75 cents by never mailing bills, but when a patient ask for bills by mail, the company should send the bill by mail. Will never use Select Physical Therapy again, because of their lousy billing practices.

I went in with a torn calf muscle from basketball, after 2 weeks on crutches, hoping to return to the court in 8-12 weeks. I chose Performance PT almost solely bc they had quick availability while other places were scheduling weeks out, and I wanted to get started right away. The facility was excellent, clean, and bright. Dana at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Avery, the PT, was amazing--so knowledgeable and so fun to talk to. I saw her twice a week, always looked forward to it, and went away with lots to do on my own at home. After 7 (!) weeks I was able to return to the court at full strength--in time for my team's championship game (which we won!). My results were better than expected, and I'd recommend Avery to anyone.

They have completed nothing and was very useless with they gave my. Chiropractor only pop/crack and instant relief that does not even last long. For the physical therapist, I have no words for her. However years later I found a helpful youtube video online about Posture Restoration Institute, but was very skeptical because the video was 40min of things that I did not wanted to hear, but things I needed to hear. I gave the exercises online a try and found out there was relief in my whole body which was very pleasant and satisfying. From my first in-person consultation, Cody was thorough on assessing and identifying things that I personally need to work on to help with my posture.
