She's always been courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely helpful in so many areas over the years. I recently had fraudulent charges on my debit card and was alerted by Kinecta fraud dept. I contacted Kinecta by phone and also went into the branch. Everyone was very helpful. Five days after completing the dispute form, my account was reimbursed by Kinecta (a large sum of $$) AMAZING!! I want to thank Kinecta for handling this fraud so efficiently and quickly. We use Kinecta mainly for carl loans and I can say they are the best bank. The customer service provided is over 100%. Ale has made our experience with Kinecta fantastic. Calling her is like calling a good friend. She is very helpful, moves fast and knows her thing. Being a small business owner and with COVID19 we went to our business bank institution. A large bank that we have been with for many years. The worst experience ever especially since we have been banking there for 20 years. They were no help. I reached out to Ale and she connected me with the right people. We applied for the Paychecks Protection Plan. I kid you not it was like 1,2,3 and we were done. Never had we ever applied for a business bank loan in 20 years. We got our loan! The Kinecta business team in the Long Beach area were fantastic to work with as well. We have banked here forever, and as long-time members we get special perks like a large safe deposit box and a personal contact. I have to say Lorena is an absolute gem and has been able to help me with everything I have ever needed, including what I needed to do for a probate case, and she has always done it with accuracy, efficiency, and with a smile on her face. Haydeh is another familiar face and she always asks about family when she sees us. I would not bank anywhere else. Their small size allows them to provide the best personal service. For the same probate case, I had to deal with a larger bank and it took forever to get anything done there, usually requiring many phone calls to jolt them into action otherwise they would just let it sit. Our last three mortgage refinances were also through Kinecta. We have referred all our family members here. They rock! Update: Just got off the phone with Tammy. I had a pretty complicated question for her (same probate case), and she called me back within 3 minutes with the answer! I hope this team stays the same for a long time. read more

This is now a Kinecta. They're in the middle of nowhere as far as goleta is concerned and unless you are stuck with Kinecta or you live in the elwood area, you'll never see this place. People here are pretty apathetic and the service is slow..... and they're schedule is random and has short hours. read more

My account was locked after I had made an online purchase. When I called this branch to have it unlocked, the woman told me that I was mistaken because I didn't spend over $2500. I told her that yes, I spent much less than $2500, but I was nonetheless unable to make any purchases on the card. She told me that it was because I made my purchase online and that I need to call the 800 number (which hangs up on you if it can't solve your problem) each time I make an online purchase, no matter what the amount. I was going to get laid off for three months,until my next project got started(I'm a construction superintendent). I contacted Kinecta to see if I could get a relief from payments while I was laid off.In almost four years haven't ever been late or missed a payment. I was turned down because they Said I couldn't gaurentee that i could make my payments after the relief.I went out and got another loan and payed off kinecta.These people are hard to deal with. read more

Searched for used car loans and found many offers from car dealers and several local and national banks. A banker friend suggested Kinecta so we thought we'd give them a try. As the photo shows they are bit hard to spot located in a strip mall a bit west and across Hollister from El Camino Marketplace. There's parking and an ATM out front. We found their used car loans were at least a percentage point lower than any we had found. For a small fee to open a checking and savings account and a credit check, they printed out a letter that said we were pre-approved for a car loan. Car dealer was very unhappy that we were not financing with him when he saw our letter. Once we purchased the car from the dealer (certified used car), we returned to Kinecta. Ms. Tammy Salsido helped us complete the paperwork and printed the check to send to the dealer to complete the transaction. She carefully explained our specific loan terms and payment process and helpfully answered all our questions. We have found all of the staff to be welcoming as well as efficient. This "company" stinks. They are difficult to deal with and give you the run around. I paid off my auto loan and they owe me a balance and are now charging me instead of refunding the over payment. Any suggestions on how to close this account, I live over 300 miles from the nearest location. read more
